Tariff Processing Automation: An AI system to standardize and process tariffs data across the market through multiple formats (Excel, PDF, text, e-mail). The solution included an Automated Processing Flow, Intelligent Rate Extraction, notifications, and an interactive web platform, converting all rates into a unified JSON format.

Our team gained a much more accessible and intuitive way to retrieve commercial & operational data, significantly speeding up decision-making and reducing the effort required from customs brokers, sales agents, and operators.

The solution was designed to seamlessly integrate into Lexis existing platform, ensuring a smooth adoption process for legal professionals.

The AI-powered Legal Assistant significantly reduced the time required to search for legal documents, cutting research time from hours to mere seconds. Beyond improving efficiency and accuracy in legal investigations, this solution introduced a new way of interacting with users, positioning Lexis as a pioneer in Ecuador with a tool of this nature. It not only optimizes access to information but, more importantly, provides a new resource capable of assisting professionals not just in searching for information but also in resolving legal scenarios. Additionally, it opens the door to a new segment of clients, including non-lawyers, which the company will begin to explore.

The consultancy was conducted in workshop format with operational teams, addressing a strategic vision of AI, practical applications in operational areas, as well as AI security policies and governance. This facilitated the identification of use cases that add real value through generative AI at L'Oréal.

We obtained a number of initiatives from our teams after the workshop and capacitation, and set a roadmap for developing and adoption of AI solutions across the company.

By using AI in some cases, such as interpreting handwritten delivery notes, these automations simplified manual data entry, optimized workflows, and improved accuracy. Additionally, a training program was implemented for the operational team on automation tools, enabling FAS to manage its operations more efficiently.

The AI-powered delivery note automation was particularly helpful in digitizing a previously manual process. For the operational teams, Promtior conducted hands-on workshops followed by one-on-one training sessions to implement AI-driven automation. Key deliverables included many automated processes in different areas. Regarding data governance, Promtior handled all the processes from ideation to implementation, including migrating all user accounts to a Microsoft-based system.

The project delivered excellent results. We saw significant efficiency improvements with manual tasks. This not only saved time but also reduced errors and streamlined our processes. The data governance implementation was seamless, and the feedback from our team has been overwhelmingly positive. Thanks to Promtior, we now have a more intelligent, efficient, organized, and secure system.

The proposed project involves developing a conversational virtual assistant for the Blue Cross & Blue Shield Uruguay customer service team, trained to answer queries about health plans. This will be achieved by training a natural language processing model using a corpus of documents provided by Blue Cross & Blue Shield. 

The chatbot will include a simple interface for managing new documents, a robust login system, data protection measures, and on-premise deployment using Blue Cross & Blue Shield infrastructure. Additionally, tools for bulk document uploading and an indexing system will be developed to facilitate quick access to information. The entire process spans from initial planning and development of the chatbot's backend and frontend, to implementing security systems and integration testing. 

Training sessions will be provided for the Blue Cross & Blue Shield team, and post-deployment technical support will be established. Key deliverables include the functional chatbot system, technical documentation, test reports, and training materials, thereby significantly enhancing customer service efficiency and information security.

We felt very comfortable with the project outcome, the level of support during the project, and the ability to adapt to changes not only during the project but also during the transition from the support phase to production.
