What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The promotion for the app has been going well. My whole goal was to obtain the money for licensing, since the app is music-related, which I accomplished. We also got very good view numbers when we ran the ad on Facebook.

How did Prolific Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They were really responsive, and they got everything from the script right immediately. Whenever I made comments for improvement, they changed it quickly. We communicated via phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team was quick and responsive. I needed this done on a tight deadline, and they were able to get it done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m happy with it. It was especially great for the price.

If you communicate what you want, they’ll probably be able to make it happen.

We had multiple client design projects that we needed help with.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Prolific Studio did a logo design for our company. For our clients, they’ve done logo, web development, and animated video projects. I’m the middleman; I take the projects from our clients and give them to Prolific Studio.

We deal with one account manager. He updates me on the work, which he gets done with his production team.

How did you come to work with Prolific Studio?

I found them online. 

How much have you invested in them?

Overall, I’ve given them $10,000–$15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started with them last year, although I don’t remember the exact month; I would say it was in the first quarter. We’re still working together and will be for the long term.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My clients have been happy. I would say there is a 95% satisfaction rating for the work that Prolific Studio has done for my clients. So far, my experience has been terrific with them.

How did Prolific Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

I like their process; it is very smooth and easy, and you don’t have to run after them or keep sending them emails. They just get the work done quickly and deliver on time. They send updates within 24 hours and do revisions on the website within 2–3 hours. Their process is terrific.

We communicate through email, text message, and WhatsApp. I always get a quick reply from them; they are really responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been most impressed by their design and website development capabilities. I would say they are the best agency I know at creative layout. I have dealt with other companies with templates and basic designs, but when I send Prolific my requirements, they come up with a whole new thing. They are creative.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should improve on the marketing side of things. I have given them one marketing project, and it was okay. I wouldn’t give them a 10 out of 10 for that, but rather, a 7 out of 10.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Work with them; they are good. They’re not the best at digital marketing at the moment, but everything else is good.

When I started working with Prolific I had clsoe to 7500k Followers combined on the APEX Social Media Platfomrs, after releasing some of there work through Ads, the APX Social Media Platforms hav over 80k Followers.

Resonded execellently to the Companies needs, the product they delivered speaks for itself; it's outstanding. Project Managers are wonderful to work with.

The overall Project Management is based on the customers willingness and ability to participate on the project. If you are involved the project will go smoothly and I have full confidence that Prolific Studios will produce what your looking for. Prolific Studios offered a personal contact and Project Manager to follow through with the projects until it's completion. I was working with one Project Manager, and several other Prolific Studio reps. that have been wonderful to work with.

Based on a short screenplay that I wrote (1 1/2 pages), Prolific Studios first created three characters as still images, then converted them to 3D images, then animated them. We started from grayscale and progressed to fully rendered. Because of my experience in the entertainment industry (I was an actor for 30 years), I was heavily involved in editing and sound design, including FX, voice, and background. Prolific Studio brought their ideas to the project as we progressed, which was very helpful. We loved the fact that Prolific Studio was willing to make ongoing changes. We now have a tremendous animated introduction for the N-Seam Saver!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A completed Pixar-style animation that introduces and promotes the N-Seam Saver and establishes the superhero brand identity.

We had a single point of contact for three-quarters of the project. Our point of contact left the company, and their technical lead took over. The technical lead was very good because he was communicative and technical, so we had the best of both worlds. Both contacts were very responsive and cared that we were happy with the work Prolific Studios was delivering.

We thought two things were impressive: 1) They didn't treat us like a number or just another customer; they wanted us to succeed. 2) They brought their creativity, making the animation even more "cooler." It was collaborative, which was nice.
