They are nice and friendly people. Big thanks to the owner Mr Patrick Mitchell who has always been understanding. There was a time, we had some financial restraint, but he was very understanding and ensured that this did not affect the project.

May be, they should do a close monitoring with the animators with whom they share the task as some work are really low level compared to some.

We briefed Prolific to create an animated video explaining our university's location, transport links, and key amenities and features. This video was to form part of a 'virtual tour' package but also exist as a standalone piece of video content on YouTube and other platforms.
We asked Prolific to work within our brand guidelines and to comply with accessibility and legal requirements. The tone of the video was to be more 'explainer' than 'promotional', and our target audience was prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students, both from the US and overseas. 
They worked from our draft to produce storyboards and a finished script. They recruited a voiceover artist and took us from keyframes to a finished animation that fully met our brief.

The finished video had recieved high levels of positive engagement online.

We have produced approximately twelve thirty-second 3D videos. We developed those movies with the help of some excellent ideas that prolific Studio gave. They also handle digital marketing, which involves promoting the videos on Facebook and Instagram to assist us draw in new clients and lessen our workload by eliminating the need for us to perform the promotion.

We have yet to get measurable results but we will probably see them in about six months. We just started working together in Novermber 2023 and the production phase lasted about three to four months, so we don’t have any results yet but are hoping for the best.

They understood my needs from day one. They were great at giving us different ideas in terms of what could be done. Plus, the team edits videos immediately whenever we need them to. Overall, the videos were completed within the given timeframe and prolific studio manages everything really well.

We provided prolific studio with a rough storyboard, but they supplemented that as well since they have experience in the space that we’re working in. We required a 90-second animation, but the final video came to about 127 seconds. They added in a voiceover as well as textual components, specifically the labels for the medical device that was being shown in the video. They submitted two final versions of the video to us, one with a professional soundtrack and the other without.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to raise $3.5 million of the $5 million that we need for the rollout of our medical devices. We’re well ahead of our curve in terms of raising capital, and prolific design really aided us in that effort. The animation they created was critical in helping finance professionals understand our product and how it works. 

I also received a lot of favorable commentary from existing investors, prospective investors, and physicians regarding the quality of the animation. According to them, it’s aesthetically pleasing and an effective communication piece.

They were great at meeting deadlines and keeping us up to date. We arranged to communicate every other week to review the project’s progress, and everything was done as planned. I never doubted that we would achieve the end result on time and on budget. Their designation of an animator who had relevant experience in our space, particularly with intravascular medical devices, was part of what made the project so successful.

To bring our vision for a brand product launch to life across several channels, Prolifc Design collaborated extensively with our design team. Talent casting, producing still and moving images, 3D drawings, and animation were all assisted by them.

With Prolific Design's assistance and collaboration, the customer was able to launch their 360-degree product successfully in 2022. Foundational materials for the brand were part of our collaborative work. We created films that forced viewers to buy the goods and educated them about the brand. 

Since its inception, the brand has steadily increased its revenue and sales. It even took home two awards from Fast Company: one for innovation and the other for strategy—for the most imaginative brand launch.

In some instances, we looked for them to push our designs and visuals to the next level and enhance them with more exciting animations than we could think of ourselves. This sometimes took more direction and feedback than expected but ultimately we were able to communicate more effectively and get a better product because of it.
