To bring our vision for a brand product launch to life across several channels, Prolifc Design collaborated extensively with our design team. Talent casting, producing still and moving images, 3D drawings, and animation were all assisted by them.

With Prolific Design's assistance and collaboration, the customer was able to launch their 360-degree product successfully in 2022. Foundational materials for the brand were part of our collaborative work. We created films that forced viewers to buy the goods and educated them about the brand. 

Since its inception, the brand has steadily increased its revenue and sales. It even took home two awards from Fast Company: one for innovation and the other for strategy—for the most imaginative brand launch.

They did a good job of taking into account our suggestions and quickly making the necessary changes. They delivered an excellent product on schedule and did a good job clarifying our demands as we went along. They also adhered to deadlines.

They have a really open relationship with our team and participate in practically every project. This keeps everyone in sync and facilitates excellent communication throughout the project.

In some instances, we looked for them to push our designs and visuals to the next level and enhance them with more exciting animations than we could think of ourselves. This sometimes took more direction and feedback than expected but ultimately we were able to communicate more effectively and get a better product because of it.

PSA entails information on how domestic violence defined and how it can affect individuals mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. When a victim is affected financially, they can be at risk of homelessness especially if they are solely dependent on the head of households income. This video shares information about our Housing XD Program and how someone that is a victim of domestic violence can gain access to our services and the program incentives.

We wanted a futuristic, dynamic website showcasing the brand and services our company offers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We sat down for an initial meeting where we explained the site's requirements. We provided them with all the necessary information about our company so that they could put together the site and reflect everything accurately like our prices and packages. They handled all the content, SEO optimization, logo animation, digital marketing, and designing of the website. Prolific Studio came to us with the drafts, and once we gave them our approval, they moved forward. 

The key technologies used on the website were CSS and PHP. They are offering maintenance and hosting. 

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact was a project manager, but there was a team of about 10 designers behind the scenes. 

How did you come to work with Prolific Studio?

Our company has been working with Prolific Studio for a few years now. We outsource a lot of work to them from other projects.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested between $100,000–$250,000 with them throughout our engagement. We spent about $40,000 on the website. 

What is the status of this engagement?

They worked on the website between September–October 2022. The website has launched, but we are continuing to work together on other projects.

We’ve had no issues with the website, and we started generating leads approximately three days after the launch. They’ve done a great job with our SEO, and all the content and digital marketing lined up very well.

The video lasted approximately 90 seconds and featured voiceover and animation. We submitted the script to the Prolific along with suggestions for the animation.

They then turned around a great video that closely matched our requests. With a few rounds of edits we were able to come to a consensus on the video and had a fantastic product to deliver our client.
