Progressus provides ongoing WooCommerce and Wordpress Theme Cusomization support for our largest eCommerce webistes. They are currently integrating ApplePay and updating the customer experience for both retail and B2B ecommerce sites. They also provide assistance on our smaller projects to trouble shoot items such as 3rd party plugin conflicts and PHP updates.

Due to the effortrs of Progressus to update the customer experince, sales at the B2B eCommerce site have increased as well as the number of new customers accounts.

The DHL WooCommerce plugins allows DHL business customers i.e. online shop owners to generate shipping labels in their WooCommerce Admin. To enable this feature SOAP and REST APIs from DHL have to be integrated. 

In addition, the plugin allows DHLprivate customers i.e. buyers to manage their shipments by selecting DHL services during the checkout, which again requires API integration as well as UX Design to make sure the DHL services can be used in a optimal way e.g. by displaying parcel shops on a Google map.

• 1.700+ monthly active users (business customers)

We were developing a new platform and website for paint retailer with multiple locations. This work required some customization beyond the norm for a similar site: 

• Integrate with one of the retailer's suppliers for product data, this data is provided via flat files. 
• Integrate with a manufactuer's API for product information, this data was done via a RESTful API. 
• Customize a Local SEO plugin to account for multiple locations and a template. 
• Instead of payments this retailer wanted quotes only, we needed to adapt Woo to generate the quotes for them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This client had no ecommerce presence before wo the outcomes are difficult to measure. The client was pleased the outcome of the project met their goals for this initial iteration of their site. They felt the site much better aligned with their identity than their previous site which was pretty, but not very functional.

We kept regular touch via Slack and used Progressus' project management platform of choice. They have always been very responsive to our requests and satisfied us in a timely manner.

We'be been able to take complex problems with integration of multiple varieties and Shadi and his team have always been able to meet these needs.

We weren't heavily utilizing a project manager on our side but I think having one on one side or the other is usually helpful for improving project flow. We tend to use our own now to keep these projects on track.

The team always delivered projects on time. They were excellent at estimating the required time and complexity of projects, and communicated very well around any difficulties that arose.

The main developer assigned to our project work, Dustin, was an excellent problem solver, and implemented some very challenging feature requests.

I would say that the rates are quite expensive, but on the other hand the quality of the work is industry leading, and when development work can make or break not only a website but a business, a high rate becomes easier to justify.
