What challenge were you trying to address with Progressive UX?

We needed to improve our e-commerce website to create a smoother shopping experience, strengthen our online presence, and increase customer engagement and sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Progressive UX improved our e-commerce website and overall online shopping experience. The main deliverables included website design and development, UX improvements, mobile responsiveness, product and checkout optimization, and guidance to strengthen our online presence and customer experience.Progressive UX redesigned key pages such as the homepage, product pages, collection pages, and checkout flow. They improved navigation, mobile responsiveness, product presentation, and the overall checkout experience to make shopping easier and more intuitive for our customers.

We found Progressive UX through an online search. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Progressive UX gave us a more professional and user-friendly e-commerce website, improved the mobile shopping experience, and made navigation and checkout easier for customers. We also have a stronger foundation for improving online sales and customer engagement.We didn’t track detailed performance metrics consistently during the project, so we can’t provide reliable before-and-after figures. We mainly evaluated the improvements through the website experience, usability, and customer feedback. Customers generally found the updated website easier to navigate and the shopping process more straightforward, particularly on mobile. We also received positive feedback about the cleaner product presentation and simpler checkout experience.

How did Progressive UX perform from a project management standpoint?

Progressive UX managed the project well and kept communication clear throughout. They responded quickly to our feedback, kept us updated on progress, and delivered the project within the planned three-month timeline.We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was their responsiveness and attention to detail. They took the time to understand our brand and customers, offered practical solutions within our budget, and made the website and shopping experience noticeably easier to use.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the project went smoothly. More frequent progress updates and a more detailed handoff guide after launch would’ve made the process even better.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The company demanded full payment saying they dont have funds to finish the project after almost finishing up 2 sites. The sites were still pending. They didnt want to work anymore till they received full payment. I requested refund as each site was 1300 each and total is 2600 and there is still $2400 deposit left. They ghosted me after that saying if you can hire a lawyer that can handle our company Good LUCK!!

Recently after 9 months After a dispute over the company owing me money, ProgressiveUX.com not only tried to remove my review from Trustpilot but also created a fake email demanding $2,500 USD to “bring my website up to date.” When I refused, they took down my website, leaving me without access. This is just another shady tactic from this company.

Previously, I had already lost $5,000 USD after hiring them for three websites and an inventory program. They only partially completed two websites (85%), worth $1300 each, while the inventory program (worth $5,000) was never delivered. After numerous attempts to reach them, they ceased all communication and abandoned the project, forcing me to hire another firm to complete the work.

When I requested the completion of the agreed work, they claimed the price was too low—despite having already taken my money. Upon mentioning legal action, their response was, “You’re most welcome to afford one if you can, which can stand against our legal department.”

Their tactics—false claims, and website takedowns—are nothing short of fraudulent. Avoid ProgressiveUX.com at all costs.
