I am the founder and CEO of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Prographers, and what were your goals?

We needed to increase convertion rates from our website. Prographers designed and developed state of the art landing page, which helps in building trust with our customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found their content online, and we thought that it was very visually appealing. We asked for price estimates and it was just right for our budget.

We went through a discovery meeting where they prepared everything needed for the website to work, from descriptions to images and design. After approval, they got to work and returned the first draft after a few days, with my requested fixes after initial review. The whole thing took about 3 weeks.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have worked with the CEO directly, but he managed the team of specialists, that just delivered what I asked for. I think this project worked with 1 designer, a copywriter, and a frontend programmer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We got our webpage within 3 weeks with all the requested functionality. After the project, they shared some key details on how to improve the page further with tips about SEO and link building.

Prographers worked quickly and efficiently, they informed us of any progress almost daily, so it was not a surprise when we got our page delivered. It was quick and efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were able to get the webpage done in what felt like a day. We could see the progress of their work and share valuable feedback. They delivered all functionality that we asked for within the budget with minor requests from us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They delivered a great product, there is nothing I think they can improve on based on this project.

I'm the owner of the marketing agency, and we're creating marketing campaigns and affiliation networks for our enterprise clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire Prographers, and what were your goals?

We wanted to move to more innovative ways for showcasing content in immersive and engaging way. We decided on a 3D solution, and looked for a company that can develop quality and performant real time 3D on the web.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and through our networks to find an experienced team, that already had developed fast and immersive 3D content on the web, and had experience with enterprise level AR/VR.

We've started working with a discovery document, which made easier for us to understand underlaying technology (three.js, WebXR, React) and possibilities. With completed discovery doc Prographers started working on design document, and implementation phase of the project. After implementation we've moved to QA and support, which was on an exceptional level.

A project manager was our main point of contact, and there were seven people working on the project: designer, two programmers, 3D artist, technical artist, project manager, and a QA

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With this new approach we were able to increase average sales price by at least 20%. The team is very passionate and we were more than happy with the final outcome.

We had a meeting once a week, the project were developed in an agile with a 3 week sprint. We used Slack for minor discussions, email for acceptance criteria, and Jira to track the project progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were trying to make communication as easy as possible, which made easy for us to know what we can expect and what can be delivered to make the most value out of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some networking problems when we first launched, but the team was dedicated to fixing the bugs asap.
