We hired Program-Ace to develop a front-end solution for our platform. Development was done in Unity. we also needed some back end work to provide for scalability of the system

We found them through a referral and they impressed us both with the relevant technical expertise of the team (we were able to interview software development candidates) and their ability to staff the project within a very short time

Our lead developer managed the work. The program-Ace team communicated daily and was able to deliver the results within the time scheduled.

To create sophisticated 3D AR Animation as well as developing an AR mobil app.

They create sophisticate detailed AR 3D animation for the entertainment industry and created the AR app that could play those animation, solving some key issues related to AR instability and experience flow.

we had at some point 2-3 developers working with us, plus an account manager/QC

Was great work, with attention to details and making sure that all runs well, very happy with the outcome.

Great communication, easy communication adapted to the needs, email, text, zooms, etc.

All nice people. They were dedicated to delivery and had attention to detail...very professional team.

We were looking for an outsourcing company to develop one of our slot games.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a couple of candidates but after a couple of interviews Program-Ace gave us the best impression.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Gambling slot game with medieval theme. Started with the proof of concept and some mock, we iterated the whole development in several sprints.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with one team of 6 people, including 2D and 3D artists, JavaScript developers and testers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At the end of each sprint we had a live demo of the current progress and re-estimation of the remaining points.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was mainly on the daily stand ups and sync meeting we had during the sprint.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with constant feedback and demos we had, so that all the changes we asked to fix were implemented pretty fast and tested properly before going to prod.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes we faced some time offset issues and of course in Sweden during the summer the development and planning processes move quite slow, but at the end we still were on time with the estimated time and costs constraints.

We hired Program-Ace to model spaceships based on internal developed concept art

How did you select Program-Ace and what were the deciding factors?

We looked on Artstation after a company that matched the style we wanted an after a test we new that it would be a match.

Program-Ace created 3D models of spaceships based on internal developed concept art. The models went through several review steps and each step were delivered on time.

We worked with a great group of artists, an art lead and a project lead.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They created the models, on schedule and matching the quality we needed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project management worked as expected. We communicated regularly through Google Meets and via Shotgrid. No unexpected turnovers occurred.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They worked hard to match our quality standards. The team asked great questions and understood the task right away even though this was the first time we worked with each other.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It was a bit unclear in the beginning that the Project Lead fee wasn't included in the cost proposal.

They developed an frontend app with Angular and Material Design. The frontend is connected to a backend for administrators and is programmed with PHP and Laravel.

The project is used by end users. We continue to work on it and improve it over time.

We wanted to create a camera filter app, similar to the AR camera on Facebook Messenger, to promote Japanese food at trade expos.

We received a promotional email from Program-Ace and decided to use them after a Skype interview.

They programmed the app according to the specification document we submitted and implemented visual resources that our art team provided.
