P+S was engaged to support the development and implementation of our sales and marketing strategy with a particular focus on brand development, website redevelopment, Account base Marketing activity and lead generation.
Key deliverables included discovery and strategic planning workshops to understand our business objectives, target audiences and growth ambitions. support with brand development and positioning including advice on visual identity and brand consistency. Design development and optimisation of a new website including improved user experience accessibility considerations, content recommendations and launch planning.
The ABM strategy included LinkedIn ad designs, copywriting for all messaging across ads and follow-up email communications. further work included market research and audience contact prospecting lists. now that the campaign is live, proctor continue to analyse and report on performance and give recommendations for next steps.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most significant measurable outcome from the project today has been the successful delivery of our new website. We have been provided with a more modern, professional and user-friendly website, improved brand consistency that meets accessibility guidelines and we have created a stronger platform for future marketing and business development activity.
With regard to the ABM, to date the project has delivered a number of strategic foundations including audience segmentation, audience selection and frameworks to support the account based marketing approach. Whilst the ABM program remains in its pilot ohaee, it is too early to assess long-term commercial impact but the groundwork has been successfully established to support future growth initiatives.
Overall the project has achieved its primary objective of improving our digital presence and matkrting capability whilst providing a structured framework to work within ,.

This was a particular strength throughout the engagement. The project was structured from the outset, with a clear implementation plan and a ghannt  chart that provided a visibility of key stages, responsibilities and deadlines.  Deliverables were provided on time and communication was consistently proactive with regular review meetings and clear action tracking helped ensure momentum was maintained throughout the project

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was the extent to which the team genuinely invested themselves in understanding our business, objectives, and target audiences. They took the time to develop a strong grasp of our services, messaging and commercial goals, which meant they recommend recommendations were always grounded in our specific requirements rather than the generic agency approach.
I also valued the breath of expertise available across the agency. Having access to specialist in areas such as strategy, digital, design, content and account management provided a depth of knowledge that would be difficult to replicate through a single in-house marking .

Are there any areas for improvement or something Proctor + Stevenson could have done differently?

There are no significant areas for improvement that stand out from our experience so far. if I were to suggest one area for future consideration, it would be continuing to build on the strategic and commercial insight they have developed about our business, as this became one of the most valuable aspects of the relationship overtime.
