2. Identifying and implementing a core set of features necessary to fulfill the primary functions of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a balance between essential functionality and developmental feasibility.

Throughout this process, we maintained a focus on scalability and adaptability, ensuring that the foundation of the MVP would support future enhancements and growth without revealing the strategic direction of further feature developments.

Originally, we had one Senior Full Stack Engineer from the ProCoders' side who worked independently on building a website for our business. After the website release and original review, we changed the engineer to one front-end Vue.js and one WordPress developer along with a Quality Assurance specialist on the Staff Augmentation model. 

Compared to the initial service of complete website development, now we work with these engineers to extend our team when we need to cover some support tasks and handle the development of our other internal projects.
