IdeaSync is a powerfully simple tool designed to streamline transfer of tasks from executive to administrative assistant. There are two parts of this tool: 
1) the web app and 
2) the mobile app. 
They work together to capture and store ideas and tasks. The mobile app's main feature is frictionless voice capture geared towards voice to text translation and authentication and sending of voice recording to the web app. With IdeaSync, you can effortlessly get ideas and tasks out of your head and in front of your admin or your team. 

As a full solution, IdeaSync caters to leaders who need to get things done with less hassle. IdeaSync  empowers administrators to focus tasks that have come straight from the leader’s mouth. With the text on screen and the voice recording to accompany the task,IdeaSync enhances the reliability of the message in order to decrease miscommunication. 

In order to provide the best user experience built on scalable technology, we contracted ProCoders to build this app. 

• Logging in and Signing up for the mobile application.

The project management for this engagement was excellent. Mike did a great job of setting expectations, documenting our requirements, and managing the team to complete the tasks on time. Mike was responsive and was communicated well. As someone who was been a project manager my whole career, I know talent when I see it and Mike is a talented project manager.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the due dilligence of understanding our needs fully before starting the work. This discovery process was a great way to ensure we executed on our features that were desired. The team was made up of 2 React Native developers, 1 Project manager, 1 QA and 1 Back-End developer. The communication by the Project Manager, Mike, and the account manager, George were excellent! Also, they were incredibly technically compentent and developed a beautiful and functional app.

ProCoders completed a Discovery phase for a social app project. They assigned a full-time team consisting of a project manager, mobile and back-end developers, a UX/UI designer and a QA engineer. During a 4-month timeline, the ProCoders team delivered a design prototype social app for iOS and Android platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

To measure success we worked in Agile manner on 2-week sprints and have timely deliverables piece by piece. Even though sometimes our scope was bigger than the team could deliver within a sprint, we shaped up the backlog according to the resources available. The main success factor was understanding of the application logic, technology implementation and testing from the ProCoders side.

We had a project manager available for us full-time, and my team had regular meetings with the ProCoders project manager and developers. They delivered on time, and even though we had delays sometimes, they team went an extra mile to complete what we wanted.

We offer tech-driven innovative solutions for property management and the legal part of renting out real estate in the Nordic countries. So we needed a strong and skilled team to lift the task of building the platform. Finding the right team members can be a complex task in itself, but luckily teaming up with Procoders, proved to be the right solution. 

After successfully launching our platform, we are now helping landlords manage their properties, see payments and compile statistics, communicate with tenants, and see the issues occurring in the real estate they're renting out. Also, both parties get an easy way through the documentation and contract signing, which is commonly problematic in the Nordic countries due to the difficult nature of said documents.

Being able to deliver a product on the nordic market and seeing a strong increase of customers, is the most obvious result for us. Continuous delivering useful features, kees us on track!

We have super agil thinking and could wish for that some of the developers not always rely on whats in the task but question us more when we made obvious mistakes in the design. But this got better you longer we worked with them.

I opened the position and received about 200 offers. What caught my attention about ProCoders was the fact that they showcased their portfolio in a very appealing way but mainly the communication was timely and clear. I felt that they really understood my need and decided to try them with a small project to make sure they would be a good match for me to work with. They managed to capture exactly what I needed and delivered the task in a very fast way and outstanding quality. Since then, we are collaborating on my website.

After launching the MVP for the website to be functioning we managed to gather our first contributions, we were mentioned in youtube channels by industry experts and reached 90% SEO score. Our bounce rate is currently 24% which is expected.

We had daily interactions for alignment and also they provided me with a weekly report for tracked hours. Our communication was mainly in Slack and for the times that I needed a deeper explanation regarding the tasks and the job done they provided me in the same day.

They clearly understood the project's scope and managed to translate my vision into an awesome website. It turned out exactly as I expected.

When our original website was released, it wasn't up to par with what we wanted. We launched the site anyways and were disappointed and reluctant to drive traffic to it, knowing that the user experience would drive clients away. In 2019 we decided to scrap the website and start fresh, and once again picked the wrong firm, who strung us along through Covid with excuses and poor deliverables. After two years wasted and the same site still live, we once again cut our losses and started fresh. After extensive research and multiple quotes, we decided that the team at Procoders was the right fit and hired them for full web design and development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Procoders because of their obvious high-performance work ethic, extensive portfolio, and general 'can-do' attitude. They listened to our story and reassured us that our experience would be far different from the past. They set up as many calls as we needed, and they were never late or rescheduled. After a few calls with the designer, developer, and project manager, we were confident we had found the right team.

After the discovery calls, Ann wasted no time and sent the first concept of the homepage. We made suggestions through Figma, and revisions were made within 24hrs. Once the homepage was approved, we worked on the additional pages for a few weeks, and at no point did Ann slow the pace or communication. Ann is very talented. It was truly amazing to have found a designer who can effortlessly bring our vision to life. 10/10 with communication, lightning-fast turnarounds, and very friendly and positive. There is nothing she couldn't do for us. Everything was created custom and pixel perfect from Lotti animations, illustrations, and photoshop edits. After all the pages were approved, Eugene took over for the development, and he is a wizard. I'm sure our project was simple for him, but we are amazed at how well he built the front and back end for us. Again, there was nothing he couldn't do, and at no point did he discourage us from our requests. Going live was seamless, corrections were fast, and the final product was better than we envisioned.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new website has been live for seven days, and we have received tremendous feedback from our suppliers. They are thrilled about how we display their products, which will undoubtedly strengthen our relationships and open doors for more opportunities. We have also seen multiple online bookings and requests through the contact form, chatbot engagement, and subscription sign-ups. More importantly, we have our confidence back knowing we have the best website for our category in our city. We are now beginning phase two, focusing on SEO, and we have no doubt we will dominate our category in the next two years.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I can't stress enough how good their communication is. This quality is lacking in all industries, and over 120 days, no emails went unresponded, and no tasks went uncompleted. Our project manager Andrii kept us on track and was there every step of the way for support. Like Ann and Eugene, he was always available when we needed him and never discouraged us or tried to take shortcuts. Based on my experience, I'm willing to say it is unlikely we could have found a hardworking team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The "can-do" attitude! I'll be the first to say it. I ask for a lot. The last time we built a website with the local firm, I asked for revisions, and these are actual responses to my questions, just as you see them. "Out scope" "Massively out of scope." "Unnecessary" "Can be done at additional cost." "I'll see if it's possible" (no response) This team was more like, "Yes, no problem." "Will do!" "Already done :)" "No issues" The work is world-class, the price is fair, and everything is unique and custom.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, not for us. We would never consider another firm, and if a friend were building a website, I would forbid them from using anyone else. This has been our dream of ours, and we lost hope a few times. I visit our new website multiple times a day to look at it. I picture how visitors would feel on our site after leaving our competitors, and I'm proud. It sounds dramatic, but we have wanted this for five years, and we are truly grateful that we found Ann, Andrii, and Eugene from Procoders. One thing I learned is that you need to know what you want and be prepared to be hands-on. This team is 100% capable and can build anything you can dream up, but without direction, they won't be able to read your mind. Visit dozens of websites, take screenshots that inspire you, and be clear with your vision. Then, plan ahead and understand your navigation, integrations, and brand message. If you help them understand your concept, they will build it. Guaranteed.
