Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Most aspects of the job were completed to schedule however there is some descrepencies between projected timeline and actual. The original timeline sent and signed off by myself had the project finishing February 15th. About 5 weeks into the project it became apparent we would need another module added which increased the scope and timeline by about a month (March 15th ish)

As it is now April 12th and the project is ongoing, I believe responsibility for delays can be shouldered on both myself and the project management. I should have been more thorough with things relevant tothe UI/UX designs and what accounts would be required, however it is those very accounts where I feel some things fell apart.

Accounts for Twillo, AWS & GitHub for example I think should have and could have been setup with the team at project start. This would mean any authetnications, approvals, passwords and such can be set up so the team can continue without delay. As it occured, I was told about things when they came up and it feels like things slowed down whilst I was trying to figure out what to do and set up. Essentially I think we could have put some more forward thinking into the project plan so things like these accounts would be set up earlier.

The team was very responsive to changes in the project needs either from me or from their own progress and for the most part kept me informed. I did find it odd that the project manager would be absent from the weekly meetings without any note and that demos did drop off as the project got more and more complicated, however another team member was typically able to walk me through what was going on so i never found it a major concern.

Time to respond and work on features / functions was very quick. The team was effificent and agile in the delivery.

Creation of all accounts and outlining what resources would be needed at the start of the project so the team would have all resources as opposed to needing them as they come up.
Demo due dates should be stuck to or at least communicated stronger. As it was, it felt odd that i would be told something is done and not be shown it for a while later. This only seemed to occur as things got more complicated which i do not know if that is relevant.
