I’m the IT manager of Hoskins Equipment LLC, a construction equipment rental and sales company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Prizmstack?

We needed to build internal software to help optimize the efficiency of our various departments. We wanted to automate and streamline workflows to do three times the amount of work with the same number of people. We also needed to integrate with a very old industry ERP.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Prizmstack has built modules for each department. The team has built a new customer portal and an internal accounts receivable (AR) application. The team is currently building operation software for us, all of which ties back to our legacy system ERP. In short, Prizmstack has delivered a modern UI/UX layer that exists and works in concert with our existing ERP.

We’ve worked with 6-10 teammates from Prizmstack.

How did you come to work with Prizmstack?

We found Prizmstack through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Prizmstack in June 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Customers love our customer portal and have told us that it’s the easiest and most streamlined one they’ve ever used, at least as far as our industry is concerned. There’s been a very noticeable uptick in our collections because of the customer portal. We’re seeing similar results in collections efficiency with our AR module.Relative to the time period before we launched our new customer portal, we’ve tripled portal utilization and collections. That’s before we do a much wider rollout, thanks to the AR module.As one simple example, there’s a particular workflow that our billing department would have to do that would take them about four hours each time we had to do it. They would have to do it multiple times per week. That workflow has been reduced to just under 30 minutes.We get almost no calls or support requests about how to use the customer portal. Using the old one that our ERP provider supplied, we would be getting constant questions about how to use it. It would constantly go down, so we basically get none of those calls anymore. It’s hard to quantify specifically what it is, but I would go from having to answer a couple of emails a week to now answering maybe one a month.Outside of the specific requirements we give to Prizmstack for our projects, they’re also very proactive when it comes to making suggestions, even if it’s not necessarily within the scope of what we’re currently doing. If we offhand mention that we’re having a challenge with our company or a particular workflow or department, they’re very good at coming up with creative ideas. Sometimes, they’re able to give us ideas on how to fix problems outside of their particular scope.

How did Prizmstack perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve had virtual meetings and communicated via email and messaging apps. Prizmstack has delivered on time. In our experience, missed deadlines have been due more to unforeseen integration challenges with third-party vendors outside of our control or insufficiently scoped requirements from our team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Prizmstack’s speed and communication are impressive. As far as agencies go, they’re pretty cutting-edge in terms of AI tool use. Not only do we get well-scoped deliverables, but we also end up learning a lot.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not the biggest fan of their project management board, ClickUp. Sometimes, I have difficulty conversing with some of their team members due to language barriers. Fortunately, Bryan (CEO) and his project managers are excellent intermediaries. What said team members lack in language skills, they make up for in tremendous technical talent. All in all, it’s a minor annoyance that we’ve been able to live with. Neither complaint has materially affected delivery and quality.

I’m the president of FIJI, a platform that helps real estate brokerage owners understand what their business is worth and connect with buyers while maintaining full control and anonymity throughout the process.

What challenge were you trying to address with PrizmStack?

We needed to build a new industry category platform that was simple, intuitive to navigate, and very attractive.

What was the scope of their involvement?

PrizmStack has developed a full valuation engine for companies within the residential real estate industry. The team has also built a secure platform to support it, created an interactive marketplace where sellers can connect with buyers anonymously, and implemented FIJI Insights to provide users with actionable intelligence to make informed, strategic decisions about their brokerage. PrizmStack has handled everything from design to backend development and integrations. The team has started by listening to our platform concept and building visual representations of every aspect we’ve collaborated on. PrizmStack has then incorporated our formulas and algorithms throughout the platform to work flawlessly.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

PrizmStack has integrated all our formulas and algorithms to produce correct results. The team has also developed a full platform that has attracted subscribers and grown our recurring revenue. Although the platform is still in development, we’re very pleased with the work. While it’s our responsibility to market the platform, we’ve seen subscription revenue growth every month since the platform’s inception. We’ve seen a 10%–15% growth in monthly subscription revenue.Moreover, the integration of our formulas and algorithms has resulted in measurable improvements in accuracy and efficiency for our users. PrizmStack has incorporated several immediate improvements that have greatly increased the platform's value to our subscribers. The team has developed a set of real business tools that are very meaningful to our direct audience.For example, PrizmStack has developed FIJI Insights. We gave them the concept of building simple sliders that are interdependent, and the team has built an entire backend that allows us to make instantaneous changes for greater accuracy.

How did PrizmStack perform from a project management standpoint?

PrizmStack is the best software development company we’ve ever worked with — and we’ve worked with many. Their project management is outstanding. After discussing the project scope, everything is put into writing and developed into a timeline. We have weekly virtual meetings and communicate daily through Slack on all new developments.Additionally, PrizmStack has been great at setting realistic budgets and timelines. They adhere to both and are in constant communication with us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The people at PrizmStack are tremendously talented and professional. We absolutely love our working dynamic with them. We actually feel that they’re invested in our success and truly care about our platform. We couldn’t be more pleased with them. They’re amazing!

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, no. We’ve had a few moments in which we’ve needed immediate live updates because we were presenting to a large audience, and PrizmStack has absolutely delivered every time.
