I’m the president of DataSmith Consulting, an independent consultancy that provides website solutions to small businesses.

I’ve relied on Prishusoft’s technical expertise for nearly a decade.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a database-driven web application for managing sports teams’ online information.

How did you select this vendor?

We found them on an online job board.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They built the database for an end-client. Following the phone interview, I emailed them a summary of the requirements. We updated the project plan and Prishusoft delivered the solution.

What was the team composition?

I had a single point of contact that coordinated everything.

The solution enabled us to streamline the way we manage client websites. The team went above and beyond what we required to ensure we were thoroughly satisfied. In the course of our relationship, we’ve been very impressed with Prishusoft’s quality, timeliness, and value.

Their communication skills were superb. They provided daily updates and clear expectations. The team answered our queries immediately and resolved problems same-day. In addition, they followed through on their promises.

I hired Prishusoft to expedite aspects of .NET development projects where I didn’t have expertise.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to deliver solutions to my clients with the desired functionality.

How did you select this vendor?

I did an online search.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Projects are for my clients and vary depending on their requests. For example, I needed to produce more than 10 reports using MS Report Viewer. Other projects have involved API integrations. In one instance, I asked them to create a proof-of-concept project to show how to call the API and work with the data returned from the API. In another situation, I had them create a proof of concept application to integrate Google calendar. Going forward, I intend to hire them for longer-term projects such as web application development.

What was the team composition?

I interact directly with the owner, who has a team behind the scenes.

Their solutions have enabled me to deliver optimal results to my customers.

We communicate via Skype, phone, and email. They are effective and efficient; their turnaround times are excellent.

The team is responsive and has deep knowledge on a wide-range of technologies.
