Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the growth marketer for Pixer Digital’s products BeDesigner and Bearbook. We provide a UI/UX mentor base online course under BeDesigner. Bearbook is an accounting and CRM software.

We hired Prefix Digital Marketing Agency for SEO, analysis, and content optimization.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to improve our keyword rankings and make the website SEO-friendly.

How did you select this vendor?

We have submitted our website for SEO audit. Prefix Digital Marketing Agency then provided us with an audit document, which described what our website will need to improve and how they could help us. We discussed it over the phone and then accepted the proposal.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Prefix Digital Marketing Agency provides mostly SEO services. These include on-page and off-page optimization, reporting, progress, rankings, competitor analysis, image and webpage load management, and content management and marketing. We work with them on two products—Bearbook and BeDesigner. Both have common SEO service criteria.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our aim is to popularize our product name—BeDesigner—in the UI/UX market. Our main keyword is “UX writing course.” We have reached the top 10 positions. We are 9th in the US, 7th in India, 8th in Canada, and 9th in the UK. Our positions in all our targeted keywords are improving day by day. People also now search our brand name and visit our website.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it? Did you use any specific project management tools?

We’ve discussed and defined the pre-schedule work with Dharmesh. We communicate mostly through conversations in Slack channel, and we receive a live update through Dropbox’s file-sharing service for our team update.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We’re seeing effective results for our main brand. Prefix Digital Marketing Agency always takes responsibility for the project and in offering new ideas. We reliably receive quick responses even in off-times.

Are there any areas where they could improve?
