We hired Precision Creative initially to build our website. Their insight was invaluable and helped us avoid several pitfalls. We expanded services to logo/graphic design and then later outsourced our marketing through them.

How did you select Precision Creative and what were the deciding factors?

Having worked with dozens of digital shops over the last decade I knew the quality of Precision Creative's work. I was impressed with the team's professionalism and knowledge of a somewhat esoteric industry such as mine.

We chose them for their reputation and expanded services because of their performance. We continue the relationship because of the unmatched customer service, minimal needed reactively but their proactive approach has really helped us.

Started with a website build, but moved to logo and graphic design. Then some digital marketing, crm work, and inbound funnels. Decided to outsource all marketing to them.

4-5. All the way from President, to VP of Marketing, lead designers and graphic designers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were more than satisfied, we were thrilled and remain so to this day as our partnership is ongoing.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Communication is crisp and speedy. Standard is email but with phone calls and, per my request, texts for time sensitive issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they were able to immerse themselves in the industry and find ways to help drive interest is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I have yet to find an area of dissatisfaction.

I am the Co-Founder of Lunchy Club. We provide and deliver pre-packaged lunches for kids weekly.

We hired them to make our vision become a reality. Specially we wanted them to take the concept and run with it, creating a design that matches the functionality of the website.

What were your goals for this project?

To create a MVP product that we can use to launch our service.

How did you select this vendor?

We met with a few other companies and received quotes from all 3. We went with Precision because we felt like they really latched onto our idea and shared a mutual passion for the idea.

We wanted to create a website that allows our customers to easily navigate, order, and experience our products and service. But we also needed the site to be trustworthy and allow users to feel comfortable using our service. (We sell food so this is BIG)

What was the team composition?

Kyle Huffling has been our main point of contact and developer and he has been absolutely fantastic. Very motivated and prompt. The entire team is very accessible and there is never a lull in communication. Jordan has also been extremely involved and has brought in suggested vendors and resources to really take our project to the next level.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have just launched the site one week ago and are very pleased with the feedback we have received from beta testers and our initial customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both our team and Precision worked very well together. Whether getting on a Google Meet to collaborate and make sure everyone is on the same page or an in person meeting we have worked very well together.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their willingness to adapt to my companies needs. We changed course slightly throughout the process and Kyle, Jordan and the team did not miss a beat and made it happen

Not at the moment!

I am the Director Sale & Marketing for Softrol Systems. Softrol provides several key cost saving solutions to large commercial and industrial laundries, including material handling & sorting, wash aisle controls, chemical dispensing systems, productivity tracking, garment tracking, route accounting and management reporting.

Precision Creative was hired to handle or advise on most all of our marketing efforts , including ads, landing pages, email marketing, social media management, lead generation & follow up automation, SEO monitoring, etc.

What were your goals for this project?

To improve company visibility and the creation of qualified sales leads.

How did you select this vendor?

We had issues working with past companies outside of our local area, so we selected several local companies who were scrutinized through their offers to us and through an interview process.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The scope of their work is generally described in the reason for hiring them. Precision is handling our day to day marketing services as well as working with us to design and provide literature, promotional merchandise and displays. They are also managing and working closing with our customer relations management system.

What was the team composition?

I've worked closely with several people who specialize in different areas of work. However, we have a single source contact, which I appreciate.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In just 6-months, it's easy to see that our industry visibility is increasing, tremendously, and lead generation is on the rise. Website visitor traffic and engagement has also greatly improved. We are also better prepared for meetings and for conferences. Confidence in our publications and sales collateral has also increase.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Timeliness is never an issue. I'm able to call or email with very prompt responses. I work closely with our key contact and correspond almost daily. Our sales team currently has monthly face-to-face meetings with our Precision Rep to review analytics and to hear recommendations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Along with their overall abilities to accommodate our many needs, Precision works closely with a respected CRM system. The combination of this powerful CRM tool managed by a competent Marketing Company is a valuable and effective asset.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As with any company, I could try to pick out something to put in this category of "areas for improvement"; however, I'd be nitpicking and find no reason to do so. Our overall experience has been great.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the public relations and communications specialist at Cobb County Community Services Board. We provide behavioral health services for those in the community who are underinsured and uninsured, as well as services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Precision Creative?

We wanted to upgrade our old and outdated website that didn’t address the needs of the end-user. There was a lot of text and not much visual interest on the old site.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Precision Creative was responsible for building our very complex website. As an organization with crisis services available 24/7, we need to have clear, concise information that’s easily accessible at first view. Further, we service 11 different locations throughout the county, all of which needed to be easily distinguishable for the user.

Going forward, we’re planning to engage the team for SEO services and ongoing maintenance. 

What is the team composition?

There were three main people we were working with, including Jordan (President) and Ricky (Web Developer), as well as their marketing director.

How did you come to work with Precision Creative?

We found out about them at a Chamber of Commerce event. They gave a presentation of their services, and we were impressed. We reached out to them, and they responded with details of everything we were looking for.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement began in November 2019 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re not live yet, but the end product is exactly what we were looking for in terms of usability and accessibility. It’s organized, focused, and visually-appealing. It’s also visually-comforting, which is important because our users have mental health and substance abuse issues, as well as developmental disabilities. We’re really confident about the site’s performance after the launch. 

How did Precision Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Precision Creative kept up with their deadlines consistently throughout the project. If anything, the project has been slowed down our side. We’ve never had an issue with communication, nor do we have to wait for responses to anything we need.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to grasp the significance of our work and convey it on a website was exceptional. The site captures the importance of what we do in an efficient, calm, and effective manner. We couldn’t be more impressed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The engagement probably could’ve been smoother if we’d had one or two more face-to-face meetings with our CEO, but I don’t blame Precision Creative for that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear idea of the objective of your website. Precision Creative will help you focus in on it, but it’s helpful to both sides to provide as much information as possible at the beginning.

I am the Office Manager for an outdoor lighting company called Lights Over Atlanta. We install, maintain, and repair landscape, permanent string, and Christmas lights for customers in and around the Atlanta and North Georgia area.

They meet with us regularly to go over our plans. They introduced us to a new CRM which has streamlined our processes. They worked with us to redesign our website, and they create social media posts and ads for us.

We have worked with many members of their team in their different areas of expertise.

Our new CRM has dramatically improved our processes. Their marketing efforts have given us more business. Our new website is much more visually appealing and user friendly.
