Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a life coach and owner of a business that supports women's growth and success through coaching, women's retreats, and a female entrepreneur mastermind.

For what projects/services did your company hire Powers Digital Marketing?

I had been running ads on social media for an upcoming program launch and was not getting the results I was seeking. I had exhausted my own knowledge on the subject, so I contacted Amber for a consultation. She offers many options, and I chose a single virtual strategy meeting.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was connected with Amber through her Women Supporting Women Business Owners group on Facebook and had worked with her previously on digital marketing strategy. We have similar values and energy levels, which is important to me in choosing strategic partners.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Our project began before our meeting, when Amber requested that I send her details of what I had already tried and was currently doing. She requested access to my ads, lead pages, and other data to help her prepare for our time together. We met via Zoom, where Amber came prepared with overall suggestions, like changing only one variable of one aspect of my prospecting funnel at a time. She also had specific feedback, like moving lines of text on my landing page or using concept images instead of photos of people.

In addition to useful concepts and changes, Amber also pointed out things I was doing right, which is eminently useful! No sense fixing what isn't broken, and her highlights of the areas where I was already performing strongly were helpful in this regard.

We brainstormed some data points about my target audience and she was able to help me clarify pain points for them, so that my advertising could be better targeted. She also provided great ideas for upcycling my current content so that I can share my messages on more platforms without doing much more work, and she gave me specific recommendations for sites and services that would help me achieve this goal.

I worked directly with Amber, the President of Powers Digital Marketing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The cost on my ads went from $0.28 per click to $0.11!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very. We communicated before the meeting via email, met in Zoom, and I was also able to contact Amber after our meeting with follow-up questions via email. She is always very responsive, usually sending return messages with an hour.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the ease of scheduling, as well as how much time their president spent with me. I was thrilled that she was willing to allow me to ask additional questions and she provided further resources via email following our call.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None. My needs and expectations were exceeded.

I am the owner of CHIKA creative. We specialize in developing visual identities for businesses, organizations, and corporations.

Our business is a start-up that really needed brand positioning and messaging. We wanted to be able to communicate effectively what we do as a brand designers.

Amber Powers from Powers Digital Marketing is a part of a Women in Marketing group on Facebook consisting of 40k+ members and through that group I was able to see her work process and get to know her. Through our connection I saw the need for her expertise and reached out to utilize her services since we were at a loss with our brand messaging.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

We started off with a 2-hour brand strategy session and discussed all the talking points we currently had in place, our goals, ideal clients, mission, vision, and everything in between. 1-2 weeks from that session we were delivered a document outlining our brand messaging, pillars, and keywords. Beyond that project they also delivered our website copy and copy for some social media posts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Right now we have not officially launched all the content provided from Amber Powers; however, we can now easily articulate what our business does when we network or do B2B sales. We are highly confident once we apply all the materials to our websites that we will see growth within our business.

They are so concise, organized, and human-centered with their approach. We feel like Powers Digital Marketing orchestrates their brand strategy sessions with empathy and a vast knowledge that brings clarity to businesses. We loved that they were accurate with their timelines and showcased their work via Google Docs. Making it easy for us to navigate and obtain our deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their creativity with words was beautifully orchestrated through the products that felt like it was coming from me. And how they can relate with empathy and be truly in tune with your businesses goals and vision is so crucial to have when you are trying to find true growth for your business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no suggestions on improvement. I truly had a wonderful experience with Powers Digital Marketing.
