What challenge were you trying to address with POMOROI?
Google changed all its algorithms a couple of years ago, so our income was getting all messed up. We needed to put together an SEO plan.

POMOROI provides SEO services for our company. They've put together an entire SEO plan for us and have been doing keyword research, content creation, backlinking, and social media management. POMOROI has taken some of our old case studies and interviewed us to get those metrics. They've shown off much of what we've done over the last 30 years to very specific industries that we needed to do more in, such as medtech, fintech, and adtech.

We have three points of contact from their team: the CEO, the head of content, and the SEO manager.

We saw the work they were doing for one of our clients and asked the team what they could do for us. They put together a plan, and we started working together immediately.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
POMOROI has delivered an SEO plan that has been absolutely flawless for us. Within a month of working with them, we've already had 20 leads come in. Before the Google algorithm change, we used to get around 30 leads a week, but then it dropped to two. After the program started, we're back at 35 weekly leads.
We've never done an SEO program, but we've found ourselves enjoying it, so we've kept adding to it. Everything has been backlinked, and their work has bled into ChatGPT. We're now getting incoming from ChatGPT, which we never thought would happen.
How did POMOROI perform from a project management standpoint?
They've met every deadline and gone above and beyond all the work we thought they would do. Everything is on a calendar, and we could call to get information when needed. They keep adding ideas that we accept. We don't believe in micromanaging our vendors, so we let them run wild. They know exactly what they're doing and come back to us with reports. They're very good at metrics and show us how things are moving and growing. We check the work they do, and everything has been perfect so far.
POMOROI uses Trello, Asana, Notion, and other tools. We have weekly Zoom or Google Meet meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
POMOROI is very fast at getting the work started, and they explain everything. They educate us on the work they're doing. We're new to SEO, and they've shown us how it works and why it's important. They've walked us through it and explained every aspect of it to us. They've really made us feel confident about what they're doing for us every week.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They need to hire a bigger staff because they're getting very busy.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
POMOROI is very communicative. They will communicate with you about what they need to get their job done. If you get it to them as fast as possible, you'll see results as fast as possible.
