The goal of the project was to develop and execute an effective communication strategy that would help the company secure the funding it needed to take the business to the next level. The project started with a discovery phase where the Polytropic team took the time to fully understand the Red Minas Coffee business, the target audience, the company's funding needs and goals.

After the discovery phase, the team at Polytropic helped Red Minas Coffee in creating a compelling value proposition and positioning the company in the market in a way that would resonate with potential investors. The next stage was crafting the messaging and communication strategy that would effectively communicate the value of the company. This was done by creating tailored communication materials such as pitch deck, executive summaries, and one-pager.

In the final stage, Polytropic helped Red Minas Coffee to execute the communication strategy, this included reaching out to potential investors, follow-up and closing the deal. The result was the successful securing of the funding required by the company.

We needed to offer a suscription service, were cutomers do not only pay for ggroceries, but instead, they pay for the service of growing the food they want to received on regular bases. The challenged was not only to engaged the customer on the produce itself; but also to give the information related to its planting bed: carbon sequestration, location, farmer story, etc. So, must of the already packaged solutions did not fixed our requirements.

At the begining of the process we defined milestones to prove evolution of the work. Once we decided that the best solution was to build a solution; we started to defined the best criteria that feed the input for the next cicle of work.

We have a weekly in person metting. Besides we communicate basen on email, and for some urgencies we used chats.

We integrated our startup with a methodology that made us get to the result without losing our startup essence.

they started with a diagnostic of our IT teams maturity, culture and practices, besides understanding our core business, strategy, and goals to align their work with our objectives. based on that, they started by helping us construct a series of strategies to strengthen our engineering culture and tech recruiting process.

Then, the project evolved into analyzing our product development roadmap and estimating the required team and methodologies for aligning the capabilities of our IT department with the requirements of our company's leadership. finally, they helped us with the procurement and selection of allies for outsourced development that could streamline our operation and accelerate the maturity of our team. for this, they also helped creating a collaboration guideline between the in-house and external teams.

the interactions were efficient and productive. We had weeklies were we defined goals and tasks to be completed for the week with our project manager and CTO, and interacted throughout the week to check deliverables and goals.

We’re still in the implementation phase, so we don’t have any success metrics yet. Our main success rate will be the number of companies that join our project. Nonetheless, Polytropic is always open. They’ve helped us question ourselves and understand where we are as a company to communicate our vision with the right strategy.

Project management is great. We communicate via WhatsApp, emails, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet calls.
