I’m a senior product designer at Kavak, a leading e-commerce platform for buying and selling pre-owned vehicles. We operate across Latin America and several global markets. We’re also recognized as Mexico’s first unicorn startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with Polonio Agency?

We needed to create innovative web pages that better communicated our value propositions. We also needed support from a creative team that could develop disruptive ideas and iterate quickly, enabling experimentation to achieve our business goals more effectively.

Polonio Agency created and iterated all the websites across our finance vertical. They also ideated and improved our product onboarding processes, supported us in defining metrics and objectives, and collaborated on the creation and analysis of user journeys. In addition, they created landing pages for Kavak Crédito and integrated entry points across different sections of our main website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Polonio Agency’s work improved the visibility and accessibility of Kavak Crédito through dedicated landing pages and its integration across different sections of our main website. Success was focused on improving user acquisition, increasing traffic to financial product pages, optimizing conversion rates, and creating a more seamless journey from discovery to onboarding. The iterative approach also enabled faster experimentation and continuous improvement of the user experience.Moreover, collaboration between design, business, and product teams helped align the experience with business objectives. At the same time, iterative design proposals enabled faster feedback cycles and continuous improvements to landing pages and user journeys.We measured project success through conversion rates. The experiments Polonio Agency helped us implement consistently showed overall improvements and increased user interest. They also enabled us to track different aspects of the user journey and ensure every button and interaction had measurable metrics. This gave us better visibility into user behavior and helped us make more data-driven design decisions.

We needed to raise Asofix's positioning as a SaaS, technological, and modern solution that accompanies the evolution of the automotive sector.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Polonio Agency designed the key visual, 12 sections in Figma, and developed the website in Webflow, including static pages and CMS collections. The team also developed an ROI calculator and localization features.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received weekly deliveries of progress, including the industry's website benchmark, high-fidelity wireframes, style proposals, the final style guide, the final Figma design of all the sections, the website in staging, and the QA platform. The site was ready within the eight weeks we contemplated.We just launched the site, so we don't have quantitative results yet. However, we've received many congratulations and good comments. The change is significant and impactful; the site is beautiful and technological.

Polonio Agency always met the agreed-upon deliveries. We had weekly meetings and communicated via email and a messaging app.

The aproach to the way of working, it's very good to interact with either small or big groups of people.

We found ourself strugelling some times with concept we were discussing, sometimes in order to bring value to the table, the interaction got stuck in some topics that werent relevant that we decided to push forward for further analysis if needed. Despite that, the interation was very good and the results were wath we needed in order to achieve our goal.

The scope of work focused on the complete redesign of our websites for the Argentina and Colombia markets. The Polonio team worked closely with us, iterating on the design and development until we achieved the exact desired result. Additionally, the project required the implementation of an SEO/AEO strategy and making a CMS available for our team. 

Key deliverables included: 
Fully redesigned, localized, and functional websites for Argentina and Colombia. 
A fully deployed and accessible CMS for our team to manage content. 
Implementation of a comprehensive SEO and AEO strategy to improve our online visibility. 
An iterative design process that guaranteed the final product met all our expectations and was delivered on time.

Full redesign of of our public website for Argentina and Colombia, 100% responsive and optimized for performance, with special focus on the mobile experience, where 95% of their users arrive.

15-page core sitemap implemented in Webflow, with Argentina migrated from WordPress to Webflow in ~10 weeks.

34 SEO growth pages designed and built (18 Argentina, 16 Colombia) to capture high-intent search demand.

+391% YoY in organic leads increase and an organic conversion rate that nearly doubled (1.25% to 2.40%) in Argentina, driven by a joint SEO strategy with partner agencies and a solid Webflow structure and performance.

Top 10 Google rankings for 309 Fintech keywords (~593K monthly searches), +987% YoY in non-brand clicks and average non-brand position improved from 21.7 to 7.6, positioning our brand in highly competitive searches.

They were also incredibly responsive to our needs: in cases where we had to adjust or change things during the iterative process, they were very flexible, and we always smoothly agreed on the necessary adjustments to the deliverables.

What we found most impressive was their absolute mastery of Webflow. Their deep technical expertise with the tool allowed them to execute the redesigns without any limitations, turning our vision into reality exactly as we wanted.

Overall, everything was great. If there is one area for improvement, it would be providing a bit more hands-on support or guidance during the go-live or production launch phases. That being said, it was still a highly positive experience working with them.
