What challenge were you trying to address with Polonio Agency?

We needed to raise Asofix's positioning as a SaaS, technological, and modern solution that accompanies the evolution of the automotive sector.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Polonio Agency designed the key visual, 12 sections in Figma, and developed the website in Webflow, including static pages and CMS collections. The team also developed an ROI calculator and localization features.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received weekly deliveries of progress, including the industry's website benchmark, high-fidelity wireframes, style proposals, the final style guide, the final Figma design of all the sections, the website in staging, and the QA platform. The site was ready within the eight weeks we contemplated.We just launched the site, so we don't have quantitative results yet. However, we've received many congratulations and good comments. The change is significant and impactful; the site is beautiful and technological.

Polonio Agency always met the agreed-upon deliveries. We had weekly meetings and communicated via email and a messaging app.

I'm impressed by their quick understanding of the sector and platform, their speed in applying changes, and the excellent design quality.

It would be great if they had a few more days for the final review and QA.

Redesign of existing pages, to deliver more value to the end user. A legacy application needed a fresh view for their usual aplication. This project was under the umbrella of a full migration project (backend and front end)

We had a good experience working with polonio, the results were very well implemented by our team, reaching the desirable results.

The end user was very satisfied with the results.

The aproach to the way of working, it's very good to interact with either small or big groups of people.

We found ourself strugelling some times with concept we were discussing, sometimes in order to bring value to the table, the interaction got stuck in some topics that werent relevant that we decided to push forward for further analysis if needed. Despite that, the interation was very good and the results were wath we needed in order to achieve our goal.

In order for SkillFit to demonstrate the vision of its product construct and corresponding features, Polonio was tasked with creating a clickable Figma prototype showing multiple customer flows/user stories when navigating the platform.

Clickable Figma prototype was developed on time and shown to prospective clients with very positive results.
