My company is relatively small and I am the owner of it. We manage the distributorship of local electronic goods in our region.

We needed a software that manage and track whole distribution cycle of the products from manufacturers to the retailers which allows us to analyze the future sales and demand in products.

I found this company from google as I searched for best software development company in our local area. A person from the company came to our office for the discussion of the requirements and we feel they are professionals in first meeting. So we decided to hire them for our software

We mentioned our requirements or features that we need in our business. While we were open to technology and design to use for the software. They have selected php with laravel for software.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They delivered my required software in the given time frame. I checked the quality was also very good and worked smoothly. We need some more updates in software from our side, but their work is awesome.

They share me the progress after each section of the software like purchase, order, tracker, etc... they ask for feedback and change the things according to it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team was humble and professional. They work very good and always take care of given feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Don't know yet what to improve, as everything in polestar seems good to work with.

We are a multidisciplinary team that works with the special needs population. We do Massage, Behavioral, Recreational, Occupational Music, and Aquatic Therapy. We staff professionals that services the needs of our clients.

We needed organization with our spreadsheets. We also needed a database for our clients and therapies that help us track expiration dates. One location to encompass our services without having google suites, excel, word and many other platforms.

He listened he made recommendations, he explained things that I didn't know. Very honest and moral person.

I didn't know what I needed for a web app. He broke everything down and simplified what he does. three phases he and more and more done for me to verify. and constantly asked what he was doing was what I needed...

Communication and Timeliness. The time was all based on me. At times I didn't have electricity nor wifi because of my location. He was patient and friendly.

At this time I have no complaints.
