Our website was poorly built; we had no SEO, blog content, brand, and online presence. We wanted to fix all these problems by hiring Pneuma Media.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pneuma Media helped us redesign our website with Webflow. Initially, they studied some of our previous projects and built case studies to get a better understanding of our industry and business, as well as the different kinds of apps we build. After that, we worked together on figuring out what our site should look like. From there, they went on with implementing the necessary changes, which we would review and provide feedback on.

Additionally, their team works on our SEO; they conduct keyword research and analysis and write all of the blog content on our site. They’re also helping us develop our social media strategy, particularly for LinkedIn and Twitter. They mainly provide consultations on how to approach marketing in general.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before working with Pneuma Media, we didn’t get any compliments about our site — but now, a lot of people are saying that it looks very nice. As for the metrics, it’s too early in the process for us to share any.

How did Pneuma Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done an excellent job from a project management standpoint; they always provide us with updates and make sure that we stay on track. For communication, we use Slack and Google Docs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is impressive. They also genuinely care about the success of our business, which makes us feel like they’re a part of our company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that Pneuma Media could improve on.

Make sure to engage with Pneuma Media throughout the process — you can’t just expect them to understand your business instantly and execute everything perfectly.

I own and operate a personal training firm. We represent a new personal training style known as Corrective Fitness to the professional market. Our staff travels to the client and we provide a career path for personal trainers.

We have a very professional demographic and need to represent ourselves accordingly. Pneuma has assisted in this positioning with not only the design of our site but with the type of content they have created for us. Having regular meetings on how we rank/position against our competitors and within our own growth goals has been tremendously helpful.

Meeting with David, the owner, was the selling point. His genuine attitude, passion, and integrity have led to a permeation throughout his company. Even if the team weren't as effective as they are, I would still work with them because of the very caring attitude they represent.

First, they created a website for us using the brand, color palette, and messaging of our demographic. This site has profile pages for each trainer, a blog, Typeforms, landing pages for all our campaigns, and videos linked from our other platforms. Then we sat down and covered content strategy based on what we wanted to rank for in our market.

Blogs were written by their copywriters, and I had to approve rights for each piece to ensure the tone and accuracy of information. Each month there is an analytics and KPI meeting to review the strategy's efficacy. Once we started receiving leads from the website, Pneuma set up an alert system to maintain no loss of leads.

5 total team members I have worked with regularly. David, the owner. Nate, account manager, marketing strategist Adrian, technical web designer and 2 copywriters.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched nine months ago, and as of last week, we rank at the top for almost all of our keywords. This has led to about 1 lead a month to about 16-20.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very simple, and quick and they are reachable on any day and at any time. Most importantly they seem to get what I want for each project almost immediately, thus saving a lot of time down the road.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a balance between professionalism and friendliness. It makes working with them more enjoyable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The initial setup of the site was slower than expected, and communication with the back-end team would have helped with my expectations.

I was looking for a team that I trusted to get the job done. To make my final decision, I looked at both technical skills as well as soft skills. It was Pneuma's phenomenal communication and customer service that led me to choose them.

After an initial discovery phase, the rest of the process was quite simple. They showed me a design template and once I gave my approval, the rest of the site pages got designed. At the same time, they were more than understanding when I wasn't quite sure which direction I wanted to go in. When I did find a look and feel I was happy with, we just had a few final tweaks and adjustments to make and the site was ready to go.

I've been able to generate a ton of leads through this website. Everyone that visits is wowed by the design and professionalism.

The workflow and communication proved nothing short of my expectations. Weekly updates, quick responses to my messages. I was more than satisfied with how things progressed.

I was most struck by how everyone on the Pneuma team appeared to be on the same page. It didn't feel like I was talking to siloed teams, but rather a cohesive whole.

There was not much else I could have wished for!

The Pnuema team went above and beyond their scope of work! Since working with them, we've successfully integrated GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other attribution tools without any issues in maintaining data integrity. Additionally, we've increased organic search rankings by 21% year-over-year. Considering all of the changes to Google's ranking algorithms this year, that's a considerable increase in a challenging climate!

Always available for questions, fast in delivering clear reports, and they always have a bias toward action!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Unlike other agencies, they don't stick to keeping communications open for the "regular reporting cadence." These are real people who invest in the growth of your company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, no. They are truly an agency that needs more recognition in the SEO/PPC space!

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we went through an onboarding process where Pneuma asked questions about our goals. Once we shared our goals with them, they performed keyword research to identify what we should target. After the research was finalized and we approved the keywords, they started building content on our website.

The team has made structural changes to our website. For one, they’ve changed the URL taxonomy of the site. On top of that, they’ve redesigned our site on WordPress using Markup.

At present, they continue providing services for us. They’ve also helped us build the blog section of our website. They create more blog content to help us rank organically for relevant keywords in our business.

The SEO and website management project started in September 2021, while the web design project lasted from July–September 2022. Our SEO and content development engagement is ongoing.

Our SEO traffic has gone up by 70% since working with Pneuma. Aside from that, the leads we’ve gotten from our SEO campaign have increased by 380%.

Pneuma is great at project management. They communicate with us through Slack, and the team is highly responsive. For comparison, other agencies rely solely on email. Moreover, we haven’t had any issues with them in terms of meeting deadlines. They pretty much hit every deadline we have, and they work within our budget.

They provide a great service for their price point. On top of that, their communication is strong, and we’ve seen the results of our investment in their work. Overall, they offer a truly well-priced service.

No, there aren’t any. Everything has gone smoothly. They communicate proactively and deliver results — at the end of the day, that’s what matters most.

Be upfront about your goals and specific about your target market; be as responsive as they are to you. If you do all of these things, you’ll see results.

They are experts in stay organized. All communication occurs in Slack and all deliverables are presented in easy to understand Notion boards. Their project management team makes the process easy and digestible.

Their ability to bring new ideas to the table. They are constantly looking at ways to increase conversions on our website, drive new traffic, and fix things.

None at all. They are the best in the business.
