Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the owner of the GPTTOOLS. We are a business providing spare parts and overstocked GMC products to the general public. We are grown so much within few years now that we are moved to bigger premises in Melbourne, Australia.

We needed an Agency Partner to develop a new website for us and take of marketing tasks from our plate that we didn’t have the bandwidth to do.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When I wanted to make a website for my business, PMGS walked us through the entire process and handled every single aspect of the project. At the time we also contract with them for their marketing and website services. Since that we added more to their scope of work. They hosted our website because of the way they handled our constraints. Up to this date, PMGS handles continues to maintain our WordPress website.

2 people so far. Gayan and Vindhya. Gayan is the CEO and Founder of PMGS.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Web pages reached up in the ranking, and we have gotten more orders from the website. Can see noticeable changes of the website traffic and monthly orders we are getting.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

PMGS team always use modern day technologies/tools communicate. Easy to approach, email correspondence to inform. Website tools to show.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The key words are honesty and promptness. They never hesitated to share their knowledge. We've learned a lot thanks to PMGS Digital.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe that most companies lack honesty and integrity, but PMGS delivered everything perfectly.

I work for Design Inferno Glass Australia a a Sales & Marketing Consultant. We specialize in various glass products in Commercial and Domestic Markets.

Our website was created a very long time ago. Many SEO companies tried their best to look into streamlining our products to rank and present the company in a better way. PMGS Digital came to our rescue and we are committed together to develop our business in a slow and steady manner. Our goal is to minimize disruptions to our daily operations and get our ranking up in a slow and steady manner.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Deciding factor was his approach and genuineness. Cost was very reasonable too. He came with high recommendations from companies we dealt with as well.

PMGS was given the following duties. 

1. look into areas of improvement and give a plan
2. change the look and feel of the website in a steady manner
3. Get the ranking of each product above the current position
4. look into social media and google marketing
5. develop brochures for each product liaising with us.

3 people so far. Gayan, Kalpa & Maiysha. I know Gayan has a big team but him as the owner is very approachable. Don't know their titles.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Each product has increased in ranking. We have made few noticeable changes on our website. Our owner is very happy with the service extended. He works well with our IT team.

He use many tools for communication. Always approachable on phone. Video conferencing with links. Email correspondence to formally inform. Certain web tools to show errors on website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Honesty and promptness are the key words. Never hesitates to impart knowledge. We have learnt a lot through PMGS Digital.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I personally believe that honesty and integrity is what most companies lack. I would not change anything.
