For what projects/services did your company hire PM Partners, and what were your goals?

Our goal was to develop a tool for quality control of sales agents through audio recording and analysis of their conversation while visiting retail outlets.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The company was the general contractor for the provision of IT services, because we have had many successfully completed activities and projects before.

We had several architectural sessions, after which it was decided to integrate the voice module into our existing iOS application, and place the web console and audio recordings in AWS.

We were assigned:

• one project manager
• up to 4 developers / testers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch of the project, managers at the head office received a tool that, in a short time, made it possible remotely analyze the work of sales agents and the quality of their dialogues with our customers. In a short time, the tool began to be used in more than 20 regions.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was delivered to a high standard, with regular weekly status calls and reports. Teams used Skype and JIra for team work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that this is not the first successful project with them, their professionalism symbolizes true partnership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During the large-scale launch, there were problems with free space on the cloud storage, which could not be immediately calculated, but these problems were quickly resolved.

We needed a fully-fledged development of the web platform for food delivery. With it, we would be able to distribute edible products supplied by numerous grocery stores in our chain.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We contacted several agencies that seemed qualified enough to take this project on. PM Partners came with the best communication flow and the most reasonable project quote. That’s it.

Well, it was the end-to-end process, so it included market discover, design, development, QA testing, deployment, and MVP modernization.

As I am aware of, the team consisted of product and project managers, designers, developers, and business analysts.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website is well-performing. It hosts an array of products distributed via stores in our chain. The platform is also the object of our many marketing campaigns. We are also building a social media strategy around the platform.

My department didn’t actually collaborate with the PM Partners team. Still, I never heard from others about any misunderstandings or other troubling points that could have risen during the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

PM Partners did an excellent job. To me, having an experienced vendor you may trust to is already impressive and unique enough, even in modern-day realities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As a marketing expert, I don’t actually observe issues that we couldn’t fix ourselves. There is always something to improve, as any successful web platform shall undergo multiple modifications. But I believe that the work scope assigned was completed with flying colors.
