Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with the team at Plus972 was very instrumental and allowed us to reach interest from a broader audience than we originally anticipated. The website is not developed yet so it's hard to measure actual data but the impact of the agency allowed us to learn that there is a greater opportunity than we originally anticipated for our mission

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with Assaf is great because it's really easy to communicate with him and he understands the business side of things. We worked via email, phone as well as their project management tool. So far they have always been on time and on budget with their deliverables.

They really understand our needs and ambitions, and they don't limit themselves in offering creative solutions. They really help us to strategically see the big picture and evaluate the opportunities that are there.

The project was built well and with a clear reflection of their experience. We started with in-depth interviews, a presentation of the unfinished product for conceptual approval and more... We received at the end of the process a flexible but accurate product in addition to direct recommendations of how we should integrate the product into our practice.

The most important point that highlighted to me how successful the process was is the very fact that we as an organization knew how to tell our own story so much better.

Plus972 built our e-commerce website. They did graphic design and put together a complex array of integrations, including a payment gateway and rewards system. They built the site on Shopify, but it’s customized. The team also did copywriting.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They created seamless shopping and checkout experiences for our sellers and shoppers. The site has excellent functionality and features, and more brands have expressed interest in joining our site. Overall, the feedback has been great.

How did Plus972 perform from a project management standpoint?

Reuben was very personally involved and made great suggestions to guide us through the process. They delivered everything on time. We used Asana as well as internal tools for streamlining.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The company’s culture is dominated by their ethics, which is based on trust. They prioritize customers and their business goals over everything else. I haven’t found that with any other vendor I’ve encountered. Reuben facilitated the process and acted as a mentor. They are like family. They’re the best agency I’ve worked with.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Plus972 really looked at the website and modernized it. They helped us present the information, create intuitive features within the website as it relates to what people are seeing, where they would go first, where information is presented, and how they would click among certain areas on the website. The team helped us reengage with people who were visiting the website more effectively. 

As well as completing design work, they conducted research on different ways that we could connect with interested parties as it relates to websites or prompts. If a customer came onto the website, they could click and they would write their information there instead of receiving it in an email.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We had an increase in people staying on the site, as well as an increase in clicks. I’ve heard great feedback from our sales team and people visiting the site.

How did Plus972 perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was very good and they were very organized. They have virtual employees, so regardless of when I needed someone, an employee was always on the clock. We communicated both through email and verbal communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think it’s probably the most important that they listened and provided personalized responses. With a response from us, they would then provide other options or execute. The areas that I asked them to fulfill, they fulfilled very well.

Nothing glaring comes to mind.

The most important thing is to go through a debrief. Sit down and discuss the scope and what you’re looking for and allow them the time to come back to you and provide you with the options and solutions. If you don’t know exactly the scope of what you want, just give examples of what you’re looking for and what you like.

Reuben the CEO was incredible the whole way through. He guided us in curating the perfect website. His web developer was our main point of contact to go through the minutia and details and updates to the site as needed. All the deliverables were on time and fit exactly what we needed.

I can defiantly determine that Plus972 allowed our company to have high-quality marketing tools with assisting us whenever we approach new clients. The design and content of the flyers and website sends the right message and put us at the top of our industry.

Plus972 was very flexible in our communication and we had used phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Zoom platforms. Their style is very open and personal and provides you with the confidence to address them with an idea or comment.

I believe that personal touch makes the difference between Plus972 and similar companies. Their ability to understand your vision and make it a reality is very impressive.

In the beginning, it took some time to get our work-frame to organize and fully understand the working process but after a short time, we were able to get in line.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did all of our media. They made templates for the website and other marketing tools and they did our mailings. Plus972 helps us every 4-5 months whenever we have a large business intake. They help us market ourselves by coming up with the strategy for and leading our content development. In the past, they also designed the notepads that we give to all of our clients.

There are two people who help us. I usually work with Reuben (CEO, Plus972) when it comes to creative strategy. He oversees the project, but he assigns someone else to us to do all of the work.

We did our first project with them in January 2017 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Through working with them, we’ve gotten good social media exposure, as well as a good return on the mailings we did for the jewelry industry. At one point, we were also trying to come up with creative ways to provide services to real estate firms, which is very difficult considering their turnaround time.

They’ve helped us achieve our goals, so we try to use them whenever we can. After working with them on our website and templates, we saw some growth. Our clients love the flyers that Plus972 designed and are very satisfied with the quality. We haven’t received any complaints.

How did Plus972 perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very structured, perhaps a little too structured for me, but they’re great. We communicate with them mostly via email, and then we follow-up with a phone call. We also meet them in person. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a valuable company because their insights bring a new light to the way that businesses do their marketing and design. Plus972’s approach is fresh and creative and they come up with great ideas to help us think outside the box. I’ve known Reuben for a few years and I trust his advice.

They’re pricey, so they’re not for everybody. But if clients are looking for quality service, they should definitely go to Plus972 because they deliver.

I am the director of product and business development at Popbar. We sell gelato, sorbet, and hot chocolate on a stick, both on our own website and on Amazon. Currently, we have 25 stores in the US and Canada and are actively franchising and building our business, including adding actual stores and catering stores.

We were looking to redo our website after an engagement with another vendor didn’t give us the results we were looking for.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Plus972 redesigned our website, starting from the ground up. Their team helped a lot with the catering section of our websites. We have various stores but want people to be able to order form anywhere. They helped us with the back-end of the system, adding a place for customers to put in the zip code for where the order needs to be delivered.

The Plus972 team also helped revised our imagery and colors, working in conjunction with our own design team. They helped modernize the overall look and feel of our site. Plus972 is currently working on the wireframes and imagery, as well as discussing the flow of the website with us.

The whole experience has been a very different experience than with our previous vendor, in a positive way. They’re very hands-on and practical. Plus972 really cares about making both us and the project successful.

Every time we email Plus972, they respond within half an hour, morning or night. They figure out a solution for all of our questions, even if they don’t have one at the moment.
