The company was hired to develop an App to control the delivery of purchases made in our E-commerce.

What were your goals for this project?

Have control over deliveries of goods, as well as tracking deliveries.

How did you select Plathanus?

The company was selected from a list of startups and also by external indication.

• Develop application for users (delivery personnel) to receive notifications of new orders available for delivery. 
• Allowing 1 delivery person to take the order, and deliver to the final customer.
•  Develop a platform for internal control of deliveries where it is possible to track orders as well as deliveries en route.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The application has not yet been made available in stores, but the result was a success. It met all of our expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication took place smoothly, we had a great experience

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The open way to receive ideas for improvements to the application always thinking about meeting our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Only a few improvements were suggested in the application, but only details that were not foreseen on our side.

To automate as much as possible the butocrative processes with which I used to use so much time doing.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It completed changed my everyday organisation and freed up a substantial portion of time with this organization and therefore gave me more time to dedicate to class and other necessities

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They delivered weekly waves where I would verify and validate of satisfactory and review if not. I found the method very efficient with little time lost

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I valued the transparency and clarity with which they worked along with their efficient delivery and great feedback.

For what I requested I can safely say I have no complaints

We were trying to create a product recommendation to the retail store but we didn't know from where to start. That's when we met Plathanus

Create an algorithm that recommend similiar products by the analysis of our hole database

We have extracted several sheets from our databse first to try to combine two or more information that make sense to us. After that the devs clean the data, created new sheets with the best information and made the algorithm work

We had an primary idea when we started talking with them and after that they showed us a much better way to make our project run

The exchanged ideas between the evolution of the project

I’m the owner of Bistrot PET, a company specializing in the production of natural food for pets.

For what projects/services did your company hire Plathanus?

We were spending too much time processing our customers’ orders, and too much time calculating each dog’s daily food needs. We wanted to automate that process.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted an effective online process that would support our customers’ needs.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

After several internet searches and referrals from friends, we chose Plathanus because they offered us the best solution.

Describe the project and the services they provide in detail.

They proposed and developed a website and mobile application that would help our customers find our products and order them online. They integrated a form for customers to fill out their pet’s information, which returns a summary of their pet’s dietary needs. An integrated payment gateway allows customers to confirm these details and submit orders.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a business consultant, who conducted a survey of our requirements, understood our needs and presented solutions; two backend developers; a frontend developer; a test analyst; a scrum master; and a product owner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The app increased our flexibility and efficiency and saved us time. It was also more practical for our clients. Through an admin interface, we can now control our cash flow, new orders, and information regarding visits to our site.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They used Scrum methodology, and I had daily updates on the development process. We were in constant communication. I validated the deliveries of each sprint cycle.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They offered effective organization, and I had access to graphics monitoring the delivery of each sprint cycle.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, we’re very satisfied.
