We wanted to streamline our business process and make our online business easier to use for our customers.

Platform Devs has built our application from scratch. They’re currently in charge of maintenance.

We started working with them in January 2020, and our collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our customer success rate has increased about four times.

How did  Platform Devs perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re highly responsive. We communicate through different channels, mainly using email and chat. All in all, we don’t have any complaints about project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with them is so easy. They handle the project without wasting our time with things we don’t know. Platform Devs manages the process by themselves, and they always keep us informed of what we need to know.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there are any improvement areas to point out; we’re satisfied with their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to work with them.

We needed a team of frontend and backend developers to build our platform from scratch

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Availability of talent in Bulgaria and the senior management had experience in managing complex projects.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We set the team weekly targets and had a demo meeting every Friday morning which was attended by the team - 2 x frontend and 2 x backend developers and the software development team manager. At critical stages in the project, we had a daily zoom with the software development team manager to ensure everything was going to plan.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have built a platform that is more feature rich than any other platform on the market.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

By having weekly sprints and demos every week the team was able to demonstrate progress every week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have expert developers, and they are proactive in the weekly demos, showing their areas of work and progress.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were keen to get moving on the project and did not spend enough time on the scope of work. If we were to start again we would spend twice as much time on this before we started.
