Platform 24 takes care of our computer systems all the time. They help us when we have problems with our computers from afar they manage our Microsoft 365 accounts take care of our devices watch our network handle our cloud services and keep our computers safe from hackers. They also helped us make a plan for saving our data and getting back to work quickly if something bad happens. The team from Platform 24 checks our systems all the time to prevent problems fixes problems when they happen and tells us how we can make our systems better.

Since we started using Platform 24 our information technology has become more reliable. Our systems run much smoother now. Issues are fixed faster. Their monitoring catches problems before they impact our work. That means our team can stay productive without interruptions from things that do not work. Our team is very happy with the results we get from Platform 24.

We are very happy wtih Platform 24. One thing they could do better is make their reporting system better so we can see details about how our computer systems are working over time. Other, than that they have done a job.
