I have to say, from the daily communication and step by step approvals of all parts of the video (from the sketches to the final rendering) was absolutely flawless. The team was always available to discuss any changes or modifications and offered valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the final video.

I didnt see any flaws through the process. From initial conversation to the delivery of the end product.

I am a Growth Marketing manager at Homa Games. We publish hypercasual mobile games that drive millions of downloads.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pixune Studios, and what were your goals?

We decided to start creating 3D animations to promote our games.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got in contact through Upwork and rapidly choose to work with Pixune Studio when we had a look at their portfolio. They also had a great way to communicate so we found a great deal that would match everyone's expectations.

We gave them strict guidelines that they understood from the start. The artists are very creative and managed to add a personal touch to make the product even better.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with an account manager who was always there to hear our feedback and find a solution to all our problems.

We have very positive feedback on the animations from our community.

We are communicating with Slack which is amazing to keep track of everything. It also allows having very short delays when it comes to exchanging information.

We have worked with other agencies in the past, none of them had the artistic vision Pixune Studio has.

I wish we could have met in person to have even better communication!
