None as of yet but we expect engagement numbers to rise after this UI/UX revamp.

They were extremely fast and responsive and went beyond what we asked for to provide a great and speedy experience.

How engaged and receptive they are to suggestions from arguably less design-minded people.

Maybe a quick rehash of the initial documents prepared during the start of the project when the project is close to conclusion. To tie everything up and make sure nothing was missed.

Pixelmatters help collaborate with our engineering leads and Founder to iterate designs for upcoming features. From initial concept, wireframes/prototypes, to final polished handoffs.

We were able to revitalized a stagnat design system, validate mission critical features, and get ahead of engineering for the first time in Qtrs. They were fantastic

Through a mixture of basecamp and weekly check ins, as well as slack, PM was always available to us

They had extremely talented designs who could proactively give suggestions and implement UX best practices. Solid communication even though had a +- 5 hr timezone difference

After an initial set-up phase during which we outlined the rules of engagement and how we would work together, they made proactive choices and delivered items on time.

Their ability to navigate the complexities and quirks of working with a startup (us) that didn't necessarily have this project as a priority

Perhaps driving the project more pro-actively and suggesting alternatives from the get-go instead of waiting on us to tell them explicitly what to do. This was mostly our "fault" though and we corrected it within a few weeks/meetings

We launched a beautiful and sustainable website on schedule and received great feedback from customers, board members and industry peers.

Vendor was responsive to changes to the project and worked with us to adjust scope and prioritize as the deadline approached.

They are very detailed oriented, and always keep us on the loop. Everything is delivered in time and as expected. They very good at give you realistic expectations. Very important when we have a partner to be able have realistic deadlines. :)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Average duration per visit used to be under a minute. Now it's average at 3 minutes. We didn't have a baseline for pages per visit, but anecdotally we know visitors are finding a lot more value from the information displayed on the site.

The team was great. Provided a dedicated project manager that made sure deliverables were being passed through every function efficiently. Great communication over slack and virtual meetings. Everything was delivered on time, even with some scope changes.

I was impressed with their commitment to high standards of work. Never worked with an agency that was so obsessive about quality - definitely ingrained in their culture.

More tiered services and pricing structures so we can do more work with them!
