Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Website design: This involved coming up with overall brand guidelines and determining what we wanted the look and feel of our brand to be. Coming up with some example designs so we could find the style that resonated most, and then designing the website. We also used modules that could be reused across the site wherever possible.
Web app design : We took time to explore the user experience and jobs to be done, selected a theme (recommendation by PixelDarts which was 100% the right way to go), and then they designed each page in the web app using reusable elements.
Desktop App Design: Similar to web app, except we didn't use theme. The desktop app has fewer screens and each was designed to have modern look consistent with the brand.

The only publicly visible work is our complete website at 0pass.com

We had weekly checkins and daily updates on goals for the day and what was accomplished. This allowed us to keep a pulse on momentum and plan for what we could take on.

Alex is a great owner and brings a growth mindset. The team has a good eye for design. If you have struggles or issues—as is common in any project—talk to him directly.

PixelDarts is still developing its skillsets around scalable design systems, this is an area that I'm also not an expert in and was an area I asked them to uplevel in and which they did so.

The brief was to provide a new CI for a business, new colours, a logo and a general design update to a supplied web template. We included design guidelines and told PixelDarts about the audience, ideal customers, general design feel we thought would be effective.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

PixelDarts produced a polished corporate identity that hit the mark, and the client loved it immediately. The supplied logo and new colours for the brand was a noticeable upgrade from the initial sketch provided by the client.

The logo and CI came well within the time constraints and we were supplied with a variety of digital assets for our new logo / CI. This included a folder full of Adobe files, Figma mock up, SVGs and a professional PDF which encapsulated all of the CI details for sharing with the client's team.

They delivered on time, and knew exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to micromanage or over explain anything. We were working with a senior professional designer who took the hassle out of it for us. No unnecessary back and forth.

I got a chance to interact with the founder for this project. He's straight to the point, excellent at what he does and leverages tech to accomplish his goals in a forward thinking way. I appreciate getting to work with founders directly sometimes and found this to definitely be one of those cases.

It was a small project and I found no issues with their delivery.
