I am Head of Operations at Aish UK, an informal-education network and charity offering inspiring education and experiences both on/offline.

We wanted to redesign our website to offer a better UI/UX and improve the site speed. Pixel Perfect was hired to do the front-end development of our web pages (designed in Figma).

We searched online for similar services however we were extremely impressed with the speed of correspondence at Pixel Perfect relative to other service providers.

Our design team iterated in Figma until the design was signed off. The board was then shared with Pixel Perfect, whereby we were quoted and given a timeline for development. Once confirmed, the team at Pixel Perfect developed the pages. The team always delivered the files on time, often under very tight deadlines, with scope to iterate and feedback.

A project manager was our main point of contact for quotes and timelines. We also had a general email address that was used for correspondence with the dev team.

Our website has been acknowledged as a leading site within our field and many other organizations have reached out to ask for advice with their web development. The team at Pixel Perfect has been an imperative asset to our project and its successful outcome. From their dedication to frequent and rapid communication to attention to detail (every pixel) when developing, it has been a real pleasure to use this company.

There would be frequent updates about the development and timeline. All of our communication took place via emails. The response time was rarely over 24 hrs, which was impressive considering time differences etc.

Both the speed of communication, which is imperative for tight deadlines. The quality of the development was always at an extremely high standard.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing. A really fantastic company and would highly recommend to anyone looking for similar services.

Our website was dated and didn't properly portray Koupon's solutions. I was tasked with a complete website redesign and was given a 3 month timeline. After the design was completed, I reached out to Pixel Perfect for a Sketch to HubSpot web development project. They completed the project ahead of schedule, with a very tight timeline.

They were one of the few companies I found who could do a Sketch to HubSpot conversion. They also agreed to a turnaround time of 3 weeks and their communication was amazing. After submitting the initial form on their site, I heard from them within hours and we started the project within 24 hours.

We had a kickoff call to discuss our timeframe and how would we would communicate with the Pixel Perfect team. After submitting payment, we sent over our Sketch files, they were given access to HubSpot and they began work. We heard from Peter multiple times a day about progress and as they completed pages we sent feedback. Our feedback was immediately implemented.

After the site was complete, they continued making changes and fixing bugs for us over the next month.

We had a project manager working with us every step of the way and 2 developers working on the backend.

Our Board of Advisors loved the new site, and the new messaging and design resonated with our audience.

Communication was outstanding. We had our initial kickoff call over the phone and from there we strictly communicated via email. We received updates as soon as pages were completed and our project manager immediately communicated feedback to his developers. I couldn't have asked for a better website development process. It was seamless and stress-free.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication, rapid turnaround time, and quality of work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wouldn't change a thing. I have now led 2 website redesigns and this most recent one was a breeze thanks to Pixel Perfect.

Not really. But with Pixel perfect HTML our quality has made an great jump to bigger companies.

It is great! I really like the quick service and they are always there for you if you need them. Also they want to think with you and that is what i need and expect from project manager and developers. We really can grow together.

Their designs really are pixel-perfect! I don't know any company that make designs this pixel perfect, its really impressive!

It was a website development for a real estate agency who were looking to showcase their new commercial tower. We have hired Pixel Perfect HTML for converting the website design into fully functional website that is fully responsive and offers best user experience.

It was a website that meant to show case the features of the new commercial tower with the modern corporate amenities. The main goal of the project was to have the website that loads fast and offers best user experience in all devices. It needed to be developed in latest HTML technology with easily manageable backend system

One of our friend has suggested us Pixel Perfect HTML service. They have already completed couple of project with them and very happy with the work they do. We ask them for a quote along with 3 other agencies. We like how they approach each project and the project development plan they presented. The communication with them was always real good.

We already had the designs for the website, so what we were looking for was converting those designs into fully functional WordPress website. We provided them the designs and they converted the design in to HTML5 and integrated it with WordPress CMS. They provide us with the demo link to check the front-end as well as back-end.

Once they were done with the project development, the whole project passed through the quality assurance process where they made sure that the website loads faster and offers seamless user experience in all devices and screen sizes. They also helped with putting the website online on our server.

What was the team composition?

The project team was of five people. There was a key account manager who was continuously in touch with us to provide the project progress update and communication. There was a front-end developer, senior back-end (WordPress) developer and a quality assurance engineer who looked after the quality of the final deliverables. There was also a support engineer who helped us with the website updates even after the website was live.

The website they developed was pixel perfect and complementing our promises. We managed to get lots of online views and considerably increased the online inquiries as a result of new website.

They use Basecamp project management tool in order to manage the project development. I believe it is quite effective way to manage the project. We can assign the todos and set up the deadlines that was the best part of the process. They have set up the milestones and tasks to be competed in certain timeframe that made it easy to keep track of the progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive part of the whole project development was their communication and technical assistance.

Can improve the development timeline is some cases.

PixelPerfectHtml provides everything a Designer could wish for i one is looking for a partner that takes your Layouts to the web. They are masters of the Wordpress universe but also more complex E-Commerce projects outside Wordpress have been handled to my satisfaction.

The team for this project was on my end me as the designer and the client who provided the content. On PixelPerfectHtmls end there is a project manager who you can always get in touch with by E-Mail or Skye and two developers.

For me Pixel Perfect HTML has opened up new possibilities in catering for my clients. Not only could i extend the level of technical service to my clients with PixelPerfectHtml but also be a lot quicker and cost effective.

This gives me the possibility to be more attractive to customers in tge fast paced environment of todays web-economy.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Projects with PixelPerfectHtml are structured very efficiently. Your main contact is the project manager who handles all your requests. If necessary quicker communication via Skype is always an option. If a project is more complex project management is also handled in Basecamp.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The turnaround from ordering the service to finished product is extremely fast. So if you are on a deadline with a client you can rely on the timeframe that PixelPerfectHtml gives you in advance.

The result you get handed over for your first review is 90% perfect and adjustments that are always needed in any web-project are quickly done.
