What was the scope of their involvement?
Pivotal Point Marketing provides us with web development, social media marketing, and SEO. They initially restructured our first website to fix our server issues and incorporated some basic features in it.
Moreover, they manage our Facebook and Twitter accounts and use them to increase our Google rankings. They’ll create content related to our industry, which will then improve our name recognition and position on Google.

I got in touch with Marilyn here and she sent her right hand man to hammer out the kinks for the empoweredmastectomy.com site. He was extremely competent, comprehensive, and easy to communicate with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for SEO help!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I felt like I could communicate authentically with Marilyn and Kevin, and I felt like my problem would be understood. They are also very professional, that put me at ease. I knew they knew what they were doing.

We started with an audit of the empoweredmastectomy.com site, where Kevin laid out key points of interest in descending order of magnitude. This was helpful in identifying exactly where we could apply force multipliers to increase the site's search engine ranking. I ended up going with the total package and just had him run down the list and fix up everything he could find.

Two people worked with me, Marilyn and Kevin. I initially talked with Marilyn who then onboarded me with Kevin. Marilyn is the founder and Kevin is a marketing manager.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Laura's site traffic is steadily growing since we reworked the key issues. At Kevin's recommendation, Laura has also started a YouTube and a TikTok account which have backlinked to structures Kevin put in place; these platforms have been doing wonderfully.

Very communicative, very timely. Kevin asked if we wanted to use Slack, I believe that's their main PM/comms tool. I just gave him my number though because I find that easier. He was accommodating and gave me a call regularly to let me know how progress was coming.

Personability. They really reach out and communicate authentically and will work with you to get whatever you need to be done.
