We had a Google account and couple campaigns set up by a previous agency. Conversion rate was low - around 3 % and the traffic our website recieved was not the highest quality. We wanted to increase conversion rate to at least 10 % in 3 months and receive at least 15 quality leads per month, within the same budget.

• Increased conversion rate from 3% to 8% within first 30 days
• Further increase to 15% in 3 months
• 15-18 good quality leads per month

They are very strict with deadlines and everything was delivered on time - account audit, initial fixes, all dedicated landing pages were been built within first 6 weeks. We had direct contact with the specialist, rather than an account manager so they responded to our e-mails very quickly. Although the service fee was fairly low by local standards, we received a lot of attention and we never heard "no, this is out of scope".  Whenever we needed changes, everything was handled with no extra cost.

They were very transparent with us and didn't overpromise anything. They were also keen to share details of their work which helped us understanding Google Ads better.
