I am a Director at BPC UK Limited. We manufacture and print thermal paper rolls for a wide range of uses at our factory in Leyland, Lancashire. Employing 20 staff we have been in business for over 40 years.W

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Piranha Advertising & Marketing Solutions?

We had not been entirely happy with our company website and traffic was sporadic. With no in-house IT staff we decided to seek an external supplier for a full re-design and ongoing SEO work.

After speaking with a number of local and national companies we decided to go with Piranha.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a new eye catching website, easy to navigate and which we felt would effectively sell our services and the culture and ambitions of the business. We wanted to reach out to new customers and buyers who share our values of great value for money and sustainability.

How did you select Piranha Advertising & Marketing Solutions?

We conducted an extensive selection process which involved researching a number of local and national companies. One we had a short list we met with representatives from each and listened to their thoughts and ideas. We were most impressed with Paul and his team at Piranha.

Their innovation and enthusiasm for the project inspired us to select them.

Describe the project in detail.

Once selected, Piranha began their work, initially taking a tour of our production facility and meeting the team. They then arranged photography of sample products and interesting features of the business.

Next they arranged a series of meetings where we discussed thoughts and ideas together before they produced "mock up boards" to help us visualise their ideas. Further work was undertaken to get a good understanding of our extensive product range to enable selection of key-words etc for effective on-going SEO.

Once we were happy with everything Piranha did all the necessary work and kept us up-dated until go-live.

What was the team composition?

Our initial Account Director remained our main contact throughout and he was supported by a large team of colleagues.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Despite the down-turn in business we anticipated as a result of the UK lock-down we have seen a significant increase in web based enquiries since Piranha did their work- up about 40%.

In addition the contact form on our newly designed home-page is more prominent and feedback from existing and new customers has been very positive.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Piranha were excellent at their communication with us throughout. All timescales and deadlines were met and all the team there were extremely friendly, supportive and good fun to deal with- which was a big bonus for us .

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We felt in safe hands with Piranha from Day One. There is no doubt they know their business and are very result focused. We also found them to be very good value for money in comparison with our quotes obtained. The on-going contact and support is appreciated.

We have been completely satisfied with all aspects of their support to our company.
