I hired Nick and Kaelan to build me a beautiful website that offered my customers everything they needed. They built me an amazing website that highlights all of our best work, I genuinely could not be happier.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I personally built Integritie's first website and it needed a lot of help in both an aesthetic way and in a strategic SEO way. Now with Pillar Lab's my website is looking better than ever while working well and efficiently. It is still early to review the SEO results but I'm sure I will be pleasantly pleased with those results too.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I find it very cool that Pillar Lab/s built me a website in Canada, while I live in California. It's mind blowing to me how three Zoom meetings and a few emails produced such a beautfiul website. I have only met Nick and Kaelan through Zoom meetings but I do hope to one day meet them in person. I could not be happier with their work!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pillar Labs could have done differently?

I wish I could add to your process but I absolutely loved everything about how you two work. The entire process was very pleasant, stress-free and most importantly efficient. After just a few months and a few meeting's I now have an amazing website. Thank you both very much!

Nick met with us initially and showed us some examples of their previous projects, as well as a home page design idea of how our website could look.

We mentioned we were also interested in moving our email provider and the team set us up with a google workspace, as well as migrated our emails from the old provider to the workspace.

We were involved in the design of the website, and we were communicated with every step of the way.

We have already noticed an increase of traffic to our website, as well as an increase of estimate and work requests

Project management was stellar. 

Nick was our primary contact, and was always avaliable for a phone call, text or email.

Kaelan I believe was the primary for creating the and the Google Workspace transition. He communicated with us as required, very knowledgable, and was open to any requests for changes or updates we requested.

Timeline was great, we were made aware of their schedule and everything happened as it was outlined.
