Zendesk is a service-first CRM company that builds software designed to improve customer relationships. I’m Marketing Manager, Eastern Europe & Mediterranean at Zendesk.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pikobara?

We were looking for an agency with great expertise in the field of IT in regional markets. The key goal of the campaign was to highlight the brand in Eastern Europe and Mediterranean, taking into account local trends and priorities.

We had a trial period for several vendors. The run time was several months and Pikobara has delivered the best results. Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results of all companies always exceed expectations - we had a solid number of leads, which quite fast became opportunities and subsequently became our clients. Which makes us (and our customers) very happy :)

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was convenient for all team formats. We had weekly catch up calls, where we summed up the results of the week and adjusted the approach to work if necessary. I always received a quick detailed answer to all my questions with exhaustive information.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing is the loyalty and engagement of the agency team. All projects were done with a high level of involvement, which was very pleasing. All was always completed on time, there were no delays that could make me nervous. Also the team of the agency was always very agile to any changing requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In general, the workflow was built in a comfortable mode, can’t single out any critical things.

We had very diverse KPIs that are confidential to each project and brand. They include standard marketing KPIs and those developed specifically for each project.

I'm Head of Digital, PR and Media in Pernod Ricard Rouss. I support our brands with end-to-end digital&PR strategy including Influencer marketing, Digital activations, PR support, chatbots and CRM support.

True Music Studio project has been run by Balantine's in partnership with Boiler Room for over 7 years. Over 500 musicians from 16 countries participated in the project since then. We looked for a supplier, who is capable to support the whole series of events in all the channels throughout the year so that True Music studio became one of the most discussed events of the year.

Pikobara successfully supports our 360 digital campaigns for some other brands.When making decision on such a complex and important project support, we made a choice towards proven and trusted partner

At the first stage we announced the event (teaser) through all possible channels:

• YouTube promo (teaser)
• Instagram promo (teaser)
• Ballantine's instagram account (posts and teaser)
• Influencers
• RM emails Pikobara engaged and warmed up the audience before the event.

Were launched:

• musical quiz in chatbot
• secret chat for event attendees with contests and prizes
• social media contests

On the second stage the agency lead the audience to the landing page. During the event Pikobara welcomed the audience at the venue offline, livestreamed photos and videos from the event in the chat, and held contests where guests could win cocktails and get it at the bar. Agency also managed VIP guest - one of brand ambassadors: he held a workshop and created a piece of art for the brand.

We had dedicated managers responsible for the brand and also SMM manager and influencer manager was involved. Pikobara top management was also very much involved. All the team was 100% involved and present on the venue to support the event at fullest.

7500 registrations 94000 branded reach in social media, 1473 new followers 490 chatbot users, over 2000 messages over 300 people engaged with interactive mechanics total digital reach (without PR) - 5 400 000

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

When so many parties involved, project management could be a mess. Here Pikobara team appeared to be trusted and very much organised, they got everything under control, in time, any technical issue was solved shortly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Pikobara was always committed and engaged, any message from my side was answered shortly, any issue taken care of. We had weekly calls to manage the project properly. They were great communicators and quick to respond to our ideas. They were great to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We made several iterations with the landing page design, but all our comments were heard and taken in consideration. We are very much satisfied with the result

Bravolli is a company specializing in the production of high quality natural food products of healthy diet and good nutrition (mostly cereal-based). I’m the senior manager of digital marketing at Bravolli.

The key goal of the campaign was to introduce polenta to the broad target audience, educate people how to cook polenta in different ways including some creative ones and motivate them to try the product.

I researched/interviewed 4 vendors looking for a few important characteristics:

The first Stage: Before the start the agency did an analytical research of the target audience and found insights about drivers of consumer behavior. In result we’ve learned who our target audience is in digital marketing: how old they are, where they live, the audience's interests and what preferences in food they have and that.

The second Stage: The Pikobara agency launched the campaign with the goal to deliver maximum digital reach using a wide range of online platforms visited by our target audience:

• Instagram food influencers (native advertising with the product)
• Cooking and recipes websites (photo-recipes with step by step instructions and product integration)
• Cooking websites special projects including branded pages, media advertising campaigns, video and photo recipes, articles.

I was interacting with a personal account-manager, it was very convenient and helped in the process of communication. On different stages of work we could discuss all the matters with designers, analysts, copywriters personally and even the CEO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

A total digital reach of the campaign was more than 10 mln users. 3 mln of it is the additional reach generated with bonus publications thanks to the relevant content. The sales of the product have increased by 40% on average.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole working process was just great. The team was responsive, creative, and collaborative. I was always aware of the process as we had weekly meetings with the agency reporting on progress. All my questions were answered with detail.

The quality of their design and implementation was high. The visual component of the project accurately reflected our brand, and later we used visuals for other projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Flexibility and adaptability is a vital part of effective communication and collaboration. All the changes we needed to make were implemented with great speed. The most important thing was that the results of the campaign were excellent.
