We presented an initial creative concept and they developed and improved further. They have a team of very talented people who worked hard and accomplished the best results.

The in-house team was composed of one of my colleagues (design) and me. We work together closely with Sławek (our amazing Creative Director), Dawid, Martyna (our amazing Producers), and Gosia (our amazing Client Relations Director).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We managed to have a creative that was different from our usual standard style adverts and that has been on air already in different markets. Still waiting for exact performance results, however, all the company was very happy to have this creative done for our brand.

Very effective, the communication was fluent and we accomplish a really great final result from our collaboration.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their eager to do more, responsibility, passion, and creativeness were really impressive.

It was a collaborative process. We had one main producer, production manager, and 3 project managers There were around 2-3 rounds of feedbacks and approvals

This year's exposure is more than a million visitors to the delivery platforms.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was well-established trough using agile project management and executing the work in 23-week sprints. Tools used include Slack, Asana and Google docs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creativity and ability to deliver on time set them apart.

I am the Video Editor and Video Project Manager of the company for two years.

What challenge were you trying to address with Studio Pigeon? 

We needed a product video for our new software version. It was an important communication asset that was supposed to be introduced during one of our event.The main goal was to introduce the new features of our software to our customers during an event.

How did you select this vendor?

We were in contact with them thanks to our CEO, but I don't know exactly how.

We needed one video in animation. Our designers already worked on some illustrations for the product page. We had to find an agence that could direct the project in a month. That's how we ended contacting Pigeon.

We proposed a first script, they suggested a lot of ideas and way to make it more efficient and impactful. Then, they sent us a planning with all the important steps of production.

At the end, the project was delivered on time and in great quality.

I’m a business development manager at Cal Zeiss Meditec AG, a company that produces medical devices. During the time of the project, I was a training manager.

Our goal was to have the video facilitate learning on a complex topic.

I provided specific scenes that would explain certain complex concepts, and we went scene by scene until everything came together in the end.

We called several agencies throughout France and Europe in general, but Pigeon’s script and references made the difference.

We needed numerous illustrations for a series of workbooks.

We wanted the illustrations to be good quality and delivered on time.

How did you select this vendor?

We had been in touch with them for a separate animation project and were aware of the team’s past illustration work. Their portfolio was varied and attractive.

We produced the workbooks for a four-level English (as a second language) course for younger teenagers. In addition to the student and teacher versions, the books had a wide array of features including audio, video, and digital components.

What was the team composition?

Our in-house team had six people. I’m not sure how many resources Studio Pigeon had.

The full-color illustrations were high quality. Studio Pigeon delivered them on schedule within a demanding timeline. They were responsive to feedback and implemented requested changes with great patience and diligence. The team was also cooperative regarding payment schedules and paperwork.

The app uses a physical robot and storytelling platform on smartphones and tablets to help kids learn the basics of programming.

We tested a few vendors, but Studio Pigeon had the best ideas and experience.

Our workflow was based on the masterplan of the story. Every month, Studio Pigeon created a storytelling draft, location propositions, and characters. Each draft usually went through one or two iterations.

We were looking for a specialized agency that could conceptualize the brand heroes in an animation video.

We hoped to see an increase in traffic, with visitors spending more time on our website.

We selected Studio Pigeon through our partner social media agency.

We received professional support and expertise from Studio Pigeon. After they learned about our product and goals, we collaborated on the scripts and storyboards of six videos and six trailers for social media. They were part of a digital campaign that targeted pregnant women and mothers and educated them about immunity and child development. One of the most popular lecturers in Poland also assisted us with the videos.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far, we’ve had 17 million page views, 4 million full views, and 100,000 clicks. Our reach display is at 3.5 million for YouTube and 1 million for Facebook.

They were highly organized and cooperative. They also had an excellent feedback process, allowing us to discuss which solution would be better.
