BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Director of Sales and Marketing for a hotel that is re-opening after 3 years of being closed and an 8 million dollar complete renovation .

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire PhotoWeb, and what were your goals?

We hired Photo Web as they are a Hilton approved vendor. This was to update all channels with our new property. They knew Hilton standards, and the fact that there were multiple hiccups on our end, PhotWeb went above and beyond in their duties to get our photoshoot done.

How did you select this vendor?

As mentioned, we are a Hilton Branded hotel. PhotoWeb is a Hilton approved vendor. The photographer actually noticed things in our shoot list that wouldn't be Hilton approved, and addressed them immediately for me.

This was a full hotel photo shoot and drone footage of the ocean/pool/hotel exterior.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The photos are phenomenal, the edits they did were amazing; we have had tremendous excellent feedback from social media and online marketing. This hotel is opening post covid-highly understaffed. I was extremely overwhelmed with this task, and was beyond relieved with the job Robert and Micah did. They were so easy to work with and went way above and beyond to get this project completed.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

All the communication from PhotoWeb was extremely timely and thorough. Photographers were fully equipped and ready to start the day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They wanted to be sure to get our vision of the project. There were several construction delays, and they were beyond accommodating in our shoot list, working around the issues (e.g. large sections of tile missing), and helpful with our short staffing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they were amazing.
