The company I was affiliated with that did business with PH3 Agency was Choices Women's Clinic. I was a board member there at the time.
 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with PH3 Agency?

Our website was very old and outdated. We needed a new site that would drive traffic and calls to our clinic.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

PH3 Agency established a concept for our project and informed us about what a new website could help us with. Once we were aligned, they developed the platform completely from scratch.

They brought us into their design studio and showed us all the features during the process before they created the final build. Throughout the project, they asked for and listened to our feedback. 

A notable functionality they created that we hadn’t seen before was what that the different columns could stack or spread apart depending on the size of the display. PH3 Agency also built our donor site. They made the websites they created social media- friendly. 

What is the team composition? 

PH3 Agency assigned us a team of 3-4 developers and designers and project managers. The head of the company was involved in, as well. 

How did you come to work with PH3 Agency?

One of the owners is on our board of directors. She had done a lot of amazing work for us already, and suggested we use PH3 Agency.  After we evaluated different options, we decided to go with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost of their services was $5,000–$10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2015. Our project was complete in 2016. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website PH3 Agency delivered and everything they did for us exceeded our expectations. Compared to our old site, which wasn't good at all, the new version was a great improvement. It really looks wonderfully new and modern.  

PH3 Agency is really easy to work with. The team produced very high-quality work. They're highly professional and truly inspired confidence in us as a client. 

How did PH3 Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

PH3 Agency brought us to their headquarters and presented the product before it was finished. I came to our board meetings and presented the product after it was finished. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive aspects of working with PH3 Agency were their passion and creativity. It was honestly just really fun to work with them. They met all their commitments on time, which was a big deal to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are none that come to mind. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I encourage potential clients to go ahead and work with PH3 Agency. Once you meet them, you'll want to hire them.

I am the VP of marketing at Global Keg. We rent stainless steel beer kegs to brewers around the world. We use an asset pooling model, which we are now extending into plastic pallets. We’ve also introduced a service where we not only pick up our own empty kegs but any brewer's kegs from anywhere in the world.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with PH3 Agency + Brewery?

We were looking for a local digital agency to help us with web development and digital consulting. My company started about seven years ago, and we needed to update our site.  We felt like our website wasn’t engaging enough and didn’t accurately tell our story.

We knew that many of our customers were digitally savvy, and we wanted to be as relevant and meaningful as possible in the communication platforms they used most. Our main objective was to revamp our site so that people would spend more time on it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

PH3 redeveloped our entire website. Initially, we hired them to recode our existing site, but Rick (Owner, PH3 Agency + Brewery) had some very innovative ideas, so we gave him the responsibility of redoing the whole website.

Rick and his team built a customer engagement portal that seamlessly integrates with our website. They also migrated some of our existing graphics, color schemes, and fonts to our new site. The team took basic elements from the old version and expanded the functionality of certain pages.

In addition to redeveloping our website, the team manages our social media accounts and publishes blog-style articles. I frequently collaborate with their content writer to identify topics that are relevant and interesting to the brewing community, and each article that they publish focuses on problems or trends in the industry that we’re positioned to solve.

PH3 routinely uploads images to our social media accounts to engage our followers and generate interest in our business. They tailor all of their content to our audience of craft brewers, who are usually active on social media. Although we reply to comments in-house, they work with our sales team to manage these responses. We recently staged an event at a craft brewers conference, and PH3 created a live news feed to let our followers know about the event. The team also assist us with our lead generation strategy.

What is the team composition?

I regularly meet with a group of about four people from their team. I also communicate frequently with their content writer to make sure our blogs and social media are current.

How did you come to work with PH3 Agency + Brewery?

We came across them purely by accident. We looked at reviews of local agencies and spoke to a number of different firms before finding PH3. We ended up reaching out to them because they had a brewery. We chose them because of their familiarity with our industry and the fact that our CEO enjoyed speaking with Rick. They also brought us a holiday brew during our initial conversations.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in 2018, and our partnership is ongoing. We’re still working on ways to improve and update the site.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had a great deal of success with our social media accounts, and visits to our website have increased exponentially. Additionally, the average number of pages visited and the duration of each visit have risen dramatically. It's clear that our website is much more interesting because users are returning to the site and going deeper into our collection of pages.

We’ve received positive comments from users, many of whom think our site has radically improved. PH3 continues to do an excellent job of publishing unique and relevant articles and social media posts.

How did PH3 Agency + Brewery perform from a project management standpoint?

Rick and his team move quickly. They’re very calculated, but also very accommodating. The team comes to our office once a month to discuss our traffic analytics and other metrics. We exchange emails at least every other day, and Rick will usually pick up the phone and call us when there’s something urgent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

So far, we haven’t found anything that they can’t do. PH3 has a deep understanding of social media, and the team is continuously looking for ways to expand their services. They’re also incredibly collaborative. They listen to our ideas and come back with excellent insights.

PH3 has learned a good deal about our business, and this has helped them come up with creative solutions. Although we know our industry well, many of us don’t have experience in the digital space. Rick brings in expertise that we don’t have in-house, and he’s proved to be an invaluable resource.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of an area that they need to improve. PH3 is very easy to work with, and they frequently provide useful feedback and ideas. There’ve been a few instances when I’ve reversed my course based on a conversation that I had with them.

Overall, they’re a fantastic partner. I have a ton of confidence in their work and know that they could be doing more for us if we had a bigger budget and appetite.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a try, even if you’re farther along in terms of your digital strategy. They’ll be able to take you to the next level.
