Perfect web solutions did a ground-up build for us. We gave them a rough outline/site map, showed a few examples of what we liked, defined our wants, then let them go to work. They were quick to build out a framework and awaited our approval. Once we gave them approval and brand materials, perfect web solutions quickly built out a fantastic website for us. We had the site up and running in about two weeks which was incredibly fast for what we asked for.

1. Fixing the "Add to Quote" functionality: The current functionality is loading the wrong products and allowing customers to purchase out-of-stock items. This issue needs to be fixed to ensure that the correct products are loaded, and customers are not able to purchase out-of-stock items. Key Deliverables; Corrected "Add to Quote" functionality that loads the correct products and implementation of a solution to prevent customers from purchasing out-of-stock items. 
2. Fixing the slow loading WordPress plugins page in the admin area: The current plugins page in the admin area is slow to load, which can cause delays in updating or installing new plugins. This issue needs to be addressed to improve the overall performance of the WordPress site.

After a series of introductory meetings with Perfect Web Solutions, we agreed to begin revamping our core pages. Our core pages consisted of our Homepage & Products. The Perfect Web Solutions team provided very eye-catching designs and relevant to our industry and major competitors. Most of all, they provided mockups in a timely manner, which didn't need many revisions and back-and-forth.

In total, we worked with 3 people. All of which we're web designers/developers specialized in WP and Avada.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The core pages that we're revamped by the Perfect Web Solutions team, are now easier for us to manipulate or adjust in-house. Most importantly, our web visits have gone up over 30% for these particular pages, and have also shown a slight uptick in conversion when used for our paid marketing campaigns.

I was extremely pleased that they were experts in WordPress and Avada themes and working at the same timezone.

Perhaps they could've left us with a little bit of direction on CSS/HTML adjusting or manipulation however, this is an ongoing project and relationship. Quality is the most important deliverable for us, which they provided with no doubt.

We had a kick off call to detail the scope of work needed for our custom checkout page. I was given suggestions and recommendations based off of our website needs, I was given a timeline and expectation, and I was given contact information in case I had any questions through the process.

Our website was then given a custom checkout page with a functionality of creating custom coupon codes to generate custom pricing for different clients and partners, who then purchase through our website. Through the process of building this custom website and coupon. Process adjustments and upgrades were made to the website to make it more aesthetic and functional.

Our end users love the new checkout portal on our custom, checkout page and love the ability to have a custom coupon for them and their own customer base to use on our website. This is allowing for a more personal user experience for each of our different client partners.

We received frequent updates throughout the project and any issues or concerns were addressed immediately on both ends. We received phone calls, emails and text messages throughout the process to keep as well informed.
