1. Analysis of our existing/inherited website.
2. Recommendations to build out the search optimization for the site.
3. Plan was developed, presented and approved.
4. Execute the plan and optimize the site based on primary lines of business and geotargeting for primary and secondary markets.
5. Continue to review analytics and refine the plan/strategy as needed.
6. Once the SEO architecture was built - add custom/hyper-local content to increase/improve rankings.

Yes, the analytics were set up from the start and had impressive organic search ranking results over time. Please see some brief highlights below:

• Lead improvement: +99%
• Organic Traffic Improvement: +59%
• Organic Lead Growth: +131%

This was completed through Perception Builder's keyword research, SEO execution on creating targeted location landing pages, and improved CRO for those individual pages.  We (SCA) went from 381 keywords on page one to 510 and those terms were highly desired and the most prized (for our municipal line of business), so they really brought in the right kind of web traffic we were seeking.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent - was challenging at times using different project management tools between different agencies but that is not their fault.  They provided us with multiple channels to keep updated on the status of our various tickets (projects) and task status.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their technical capabilities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
