The agency has been managing our digital marketing activities across key platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and our social media assets. Their scope of work includes campaign planning, execution, optimization, audience targeting, performance monitoring, and regular reporting. They also provide creative support, coordinate on campaign requirements, and help ensure our digital presence remains consistent and aligned with our marketing objectives. Their ongoing support has helped improve campaign performance and maintain efficient management of our digital assets.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project helped improve the overall performance of our digital marketing campaigns through better campaign optimization, audience targeting, and ongoing monitoring. We observed improved lead quality, more efficient ad spend, higher engagement across digital channels, and consistent campaign performance. Regular reporting and timely optimizations also enabled us to make informed decisions and achieve our marketing objectives more effectively.

The team demonstrated strong project management by delivering work on time, maintaining regular communication, and responding promptly to our requests. Our company provides an enterprise mobility product, Mozility. We sell Mozility as a SaaS model.

What challenge were you trying to address with PeopleApps Technologies?

PeopleApps Technologies serves as our development partner because we don’t have an internal tech team.

What was the scope of their involvement?

PeopleApps started from scratch, building the platform according to my concept. Their team developed an Android app and a web app using Microsoft technologies: Angular.js and SQL. They continue to enhance the platform. We’re planning to integrate an AI component into it.

The platform supports workflow management and provides an automation system. It enables users to track the performance of people working on the ground in real-time. Whereas employees use the Android app, the web version is for management.  

What is the team composition?

We initially interacted with their founder. Now, our business analyst works with 2–3 other people from PeopleApps.

How did you come to work with PeopleApps Technologies?

A colleague referred us to PeopleApps. Their founder was focused, and I liked our initial discussion. We had negotiations, and they gave us a good price.

So far, we’ve spent $36,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with PeopleApps in January 2019, and our partnership’s ongoing.

For the quality of their work, I would give their team a perfect score. Our customers compliment the platform. They’re benefiting from using it in their organizations. Over the past two years, PeopleApps has made the apps even more robust.

To communicate, we use email and WhatsApp. We’re always in touch with them, discussing new ideas every day.

PeopleApps is our core technical team. They always support us during meetings with our customers. With their help, we can explain our product at any level.

We’re always in contact with them. If anything comes up, I’m sure they’ll address it.
