What challenge were you trying to address with People Apps Inc.?

We needed support to design and develop our new company’s website and cybersecurity services for our end users.

What was the scope of their involvement?

From the beginning of the project, People Apps Inc met with us in various sessions based on the needs at the time because the previous website required numerous updates. So, we provided feedback to create the new site based on their measurements and recommendations, and they've conducted the migration process from the old page to the new one. To date, we are in new stages of improvement with them.
They've used PHP for the website implementation.

It's a fairly large team; we've worked with more than 10 people, including Gabriela, our project manager, and Araceli, the designer.

We've worked with them on previous projects. We chose them because they have extensive experience and the ability to implement new features for our website to make it easy for different end users.

We started working together in November 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They've enhanced the user access to various components of our website. Since it's about aeronautics, many laws are published on the subject. The site isn't flat or simple; it contains a wealth of information, so they've made it user-friendly and easy to navigate for both users and external staff to find information. It's a much more agile and secure site for users.

The team's work exceeded our expectations, so we decided to continue with new improvements and tech updates because it can be expanded and scaled, and we're not limited to something that's already been created and can't be modified.

How did People Apps Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Yes. They've delivered on time and on budget and responded to the client’s needs. We communicate via a customer service desk and calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication and support have stood out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not for now. I have no problem. They are very willing to resolve issues.
