Additionally, their responsiveness and professionalism were exceptional. They were always available to address questions, provide guidance, and support us throughout the process.

Overall, our experience with Pentest Testing Corp. was very positive, but there are a few areas where slight improvements could enhance the experience even further. 

More frequent progress updates While communication was good, more regular status updates during the testing phase would have provided even better visibility into ongoing progress. Simplified executive summary Although their reports were detailed and technical, a more simplified, non-technical summary for business stakeholders would make it easier for decision-makers to quickly grasp key insights. Faster turnaround for minor clarifications In a few cases, follow-up responses could have been slightly faster, especially for smaller queries. 

That said, these were relatively minor points and did not significantly impact the overall success of the project. Their professionalism, expertise, and quality of work remained excellent throughout.
