We hired them to design the UI/UX for our website (both desktop and mobile version) and the mobile app screens.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a UI that would be attractive to our target audience and integrate features based on market research.

There were a number of back to back meetings to understand requirements post which the designs were made based on discussions. There were further iterations where desired changes were always incorporated based on specific needs of TrueFan.

What was the team composition?

We worked with 3-4 people from the team on an ongoing basis, though we had one main point of contact for ease of coordination.

We have had positive feedback so far from end users.

The point of contact was easy to communicate with and always reachable. The two teams worked in sync to produce the best possible results.

Minimalist and new age design style with clean, easy and beautiful UI/UX for the website and app both.

How did you select this vendor?

We had shortisted top 3 vendors based on reference, quality of work and recently completed relevant projects. This vendor came on top after thorough analysis.

Project included various phases like research, mock up, final designs, integration and support during development, changes based on customer feedback and final delivery.

What was the team composition?

We were only coordinating with project manager Ishan, but they had a team of designers, UI/UX experts, SEO and marketing experts working behind the scene.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were very happy with the quality of delivered work. They did excellent job in all phases. They produced timely deliveries at a quick turnaround with fresh designs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project manager was really helpful in coordinating the whole project. He took the complete ownership and worked pro-actively to make sure that things went super smooth.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Quality of work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Though sometimes things were little delayed but that happened because we had missed some use cases at our end. Also we believed in quality.
