The listings are updated a few times per day, with links added on our side. It was hard due to the fact that there’s a huge amount of data, and we wanted a large number of filters. We have lots of additional features too, like chat and calls for customer care. It’s a pretty complicated platform.

We had a project manager for support, two backend developers, two frontend developers, and a QA engineer. They assigned testers and other additional people based on our needs.

I’m a project manager at Magic Budget, a technology solutions company. We provide services to international companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Peiko?
We needed a platform developed for our clients to place orders. We wanted to automate order-placing processes and eliminate the human factor from them. There were a lot of problems with misunderstandings between the clients and our manager.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They worked with our business processes and developed the MVP version of our web platform. Now, they’re working to provide new features for the platform. They used mainly HTML and CSS on the frontend, the backend is PHP, and the database is MySQL. Their manager helped us to standardize and understand what we ought to do to make the platform work.
How did you come to work with Peiko?
We posted an RFP and they applied. We met and they worked with our description of the project. We were impressed with the meeting. We found them to be confident in their field. They were full of information. They answered every question we asked. We had several meetings with our future project managers.

We started working together in November 2018 and the work is ongoing.

Every deadline is met. They’re especially professional in their work. They deliver as promised.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are exceedingly clear. It’s cool when the project manager can solve problems in a few minutes or a few hours. When we did our design, if we had questions, didn’t like something, or wanted to change something, the changes were done in a few hours or a few minutes. They’re true partners.
