They created and designed our first book cover back in 2021. Then we onboarded them to design and edit our podcast recordings (both visual and audio) along with all the graphic designs associated with the podcast itself. They also help us with promotional videos for events.

I needed help to keep my website secure and modern while not taking up too much of my own time on administration. Peachy migrated my website from Weebly to Wordpress, provided useful banner pages, provided a signature, and continued to help with upgrades and changes to the website six months later.

Migration was finished promptly (within two weeks), continued improvements when asked, troubleshooting was fast and efficient, website and all communication operates well.

We were impressed with their precise work, efficiency, and knowledge of updated web platforms and options for a self-employed musician who cannot spend much time on marketing and outreach on the tech side.

We communicated through Upwork, which isn't the easiest platform to use but does provide secure ways of contracting someone. Having another channel to hire Peachy would be easier, but Upwork did the job.

Luman Productions needed a complete branding guideline, logo, and website to really push itself to that next level as a small business. To start, I had no idea what potential designs would be, and basically left the entire vision to Peachy Digitals to figure out, with only my feedback and guide. 

We started with a logo that showcased my business's services of both audio and video production, which is extremely important to me, and then moved on to the branding guidelines after that. Peachy Digitals created and provided all the branding materials I could need. They figured out font families, color palettes, and use cases, and provided all the results to me in PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG, and whatever other industry standard file formats I would ever need. 

Lastly, a website was needed, both to be designed and implemented. The website had to be able to immediately grab potential client focus, and display past projects to showcase what my business can do. I then needed the website to be implemented.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since having the website and branding guidelines created, Luman Productions has a clear path of what it represents and how it represents its values and portfolio to the world. Prior to having these assets, showcasing what we did was difficult, and left too much to interpretation when discussing the business to potential clients. Now the messaging is clear, and clients really understand our mutual goals from the beginning.

Peachy Digitals provided all items through Cloud-based transfer methods and kept communication very open and responsive. Whenever I had feedback I knew they got it right away and that they cared and would use it for the next revision. All deliverables were given in a timely manner!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Peachy Digitals has a very professional and relaxed feel. I was worried going into this that I would seem too small and lack helpful knowledge to make the process go smoothly from my side, but they were always ready to listen and make me feel like I was a part of their culture. All my worries went away working with Peachy Digitals, and I constantly felt at ease that we would come to a great final design working together.

I personally felt Peachy Digitals did a great job! They were so quick and prompt with everything. Usually, I was the one causing delays. I am very happy with them!

Once it was approved by me, she uploaded it to word press and made it live. She also helped find and fix all the bugs in the site even after I had paid her and the job was officially done.
