The next stage of our business required a website that was entirely e-commerce centered.  Our objective is to progressively shift from showroom-based sales to internet sales in order to compete with major businesses.  In order to do this, our new website has to be clear, lively, and 'cluttered-free' while yet presenting all the important information. 

 The fact that our new website appealed to our target audience of 35-year-olds—not all of whom are tech-savvy—was crucial, though.  Therefore, the website has to be simple to use and navigate above everything else.  Since our team is tiny, we are searching for methods to cut down on the amount of time our salesmen need to complete a transaction.

We would have to spend hours reviewing all of the pertinent items, important factors, prerequisites for delivery, and various payment methods prior to the new site's introduction.  In order to free up our men to focus on their leads and eventually complete more sales, we wanted clients to have had time to process all of this information before contacting us or coming into the showroom.

Additionally, it would be much simpler to educate new salesmen if the new site had all the relevant information.  In the past, this has taken a lot of time because of our wide choice of products.  A financial calculator that could be customized for different products was one of the key features we need.  This is difficult to do, which is why none of our present rivals have it.

Additionally, we wanted users to be able to select their financing package, price their own goods, and then add them to their basket.  As previously said, out of our approximately 300+ products, 150 are sophisticated, expensive devices that cost between £2,000 and £40,000 each. 

 We recognized the need of having a user-friendly filtration system because of the wide variety.  In order for users to evaluate and contrast various items before clicking on them, we also asked that essential information be included in the listing area.  making the purchasing process simpler in the end.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I want to start by saying that this endeavor has not been simple.  But Aadil and the entire Pathseekers team have paid particular attention.  making sure I was completely satisfied at every stage before we proceeded.  I asked to be included in the wireframing and development process, and I was right away.

Their professionalism and their ability to function as a team have continuously astounded me.  The quantifiable result is that I am really pleased with our new website; two transactions totaling £5,000 were made through the store in the week after the site's launch.  Even though the website has only been up for a few weeks, we are ranking for keywords that we have never used before.

Our engineers have successfully downloaded manuals and important information via the site, and every client has commented on how fantastic and user-friendly it is.  We have more projects planned, and I will definitely be utilizing Pathseekers for them. I cannot recommend these folks more.

We have the greatest website of any of our rivals, in my view.  We appreciate you all being so wonderful and quickly resolving any problems we had.  Their service has truly made me very happy.

As previously said, I had asked to participate in the wire-framing and envelopment process, and the project management was excellent.  I was able to offer input on the project using 'In vision' during the design phases, which I thought went smoothly.  It's obvious that Aadil has an amazing team of individuals working for him, and they all communicate well.

I received the product on schedule, however I must admit that I caused delays by taking my time loading the website with all of the data we had.  To be honest, I've changed my mind on a few things. To give the crew credit, they were more than eager to make accommodations, which I know must have been really annoying.  However, they have never grumbled or declined to help me.

Clearly, the primary focus of all they do is customer service.  From there, I came up with more features as the project progressed, which the team was once again pleased to implement.  They are always professional and pleasant to work with.

By doing research through an industry media business, we were able to get a head start on the project.  After reviewing this material, we gave it to PathSeekers, who interviewed internal stakeholders and customers from each of the three businesses on their own. They then started working together to develop a unified value proposition strategy.  We collaborated at a few brainstorming sessions, and they took our suggestions into consideration at every turn.

We're still working on launching the new messaging because the rebranding initiative coincided with a complete overhaul of our goods.  Anecdotally, our salespeople have reported that the messaging is effective and appears to be in line with what clients desire, and they have had a terrific reaction.

Without a doubt, we're increasing site traffic.  Since we sell mostly through channel partners as a manufacturer, we're not merely attempting to get clients to visit the website in order to make a purchase.  Rather, our goal is to increase website traffic in order to raise brand recognition.  The website has been well received by our channel partners. Customers who appreciate the self-serve features have also given us a lot of favorable comments.  They may quickly locate all the product specification information they want, ask a question on a specific product page, and request a sample or a quality certificate.  The website has reduced the volume of calls we get from clients with inquiries about our items, shipping procedures, etc.
